By using the application you can quick and easy check your account balances, make transfers in real time, receive updated information about your credit and debit cards. With our newest service
- "Digital card" you can pay contactless just by placing your smartphone close to the contactless POS terminal.

Key features of the application:
- Payment with Digital card
- the possibility of making payment of new generation. It is a cloud based service using NFC (Near Field Communications) technology. This is a service which is entirely new to the Bulgarian market. For the first time Bulgarian consumers will be able to use their phone instead of a bank card, and the information is not stored on physical media, but in the cloud. To pay with a Digital card it is only necessary to place your smart device near the POS terminal accepting contactless payments. With our Digital card service you can make up to 10 payments in offline mode (without your device being connected to the Internet). To activate the Digital card, it is necessary first to use our Fibank mobile application – with active banking and to operate through a registered mobile device and your smartphone to operate with Android operating system (version not older than 4.4.) and to maintain NFC technology. There is no need to visit Bank’s office and to fill out long forms. The application for Digital card can be made quickly and easily through our mobile application.


- Opportunity to make transfers within the country and abroad with just one click. The intuitive payment system leads you from the beginning of the transaction to its successful completion.


- You receive a full and detailed statement on your accounts
- check the balance, the amounts of received and ordered transfers, the dates of opening, etc. We have taken care that all statements are presented visually with suitable graphics.


- You are always informed of your deposits – by using the application, you can easily find out the accumulated interest, to check the maturity date and the days remaining to maturity.


- You can manage easily your credit and debit cards –keep track of all payments made by them, check what funds you have on your card accounts, what is the utilized credit limit on your credit cards, etc. You can repay the amounts due on your credit cards with just one click. Of course, again all statements are presented in graphical form too.


- Quickly locate Fibank's branches and ATMs with the map in the application – you can easily orient what are our closest branches and ATMs, see their working hours and contact details, use Maps to get quickly to them. For your convenience, we have uploaded latest photos of our branches and offices.

We have not forgotten your security. You have various options to choose limits of transactions and security settings such as session length, changing the types of banking, etc. To take advantage of the full capabilities of the mobile application, you can use your functioning Token device by Fibank, activate it online through the Virtual Banking Branch or visit a Bank branch.

Very easy to use, great interface, but lately it doesn't log me out when I close the app. I have to physically use the log out button, which is slightly annoying. I'm sure this will be fixed when the app is next updated. Problem fixed, thanks

Would like to see functionality that is available on the website being implemented in the app aswell. Also would be nice to have biometrics confirmation instead of password. Otherwise it works well.

Support had to delete my digitalised cards and recreate them. After that they did work with GPay. I am not going back to trying the in-app NFC payment as it has not been reliable at all and could cause the same issue with GPay not accepting the cards. I do not want to have to reset again. Other card management and transfer functionality works great. Could use better reporting/filtering/grouping options for payments to be more useful.

When I click on "Obligations awaiting payment", the application crashes. Also I am not seeing the transfer button so I am not able to make bank transfers through the application.

Works fine when not crashing, which does happen sometimes. Interface is a bit strange and takes some getting used to. Too many ads. The guy with the shirt in the login screen is ugly and annoying, I hate having to see his smirking face every time I open the app.

Awsome app with lots of features - I practically sopped using the web version, only in rare cases. But started crashing after the last update. Most often it crashes during authentication. I need to restart the app, sometimes few times, before I can enter it successfully.

Edit: Digitalization issues. Phone : OnePlus 7 Pro with 12GB of RAM, latest Android. One of this year flagships. After many retries digitalization still failing. Not sure what's the budget for the official fibank application, but it is more than obvious something is wrong. I think on every year, someone should vote for a budget to obtain latest phones and fix the issues with them.

I like the app. It is very user friendly. One note: When using dark mode theme on the phone the text on white buttons appear also in white and the user can't continue if not familiar what is already written on those buttons. The same when texting username and password.

Keeps crashing and everything its times harder to use than many other banks. Still not working after went in the bank and spoke on the phone still no progress!!! Still nothing still does not work :( Updated 1 year later still not being able to use the mobile banking app keeps crashing juat shows white screen and the closes.

Digitalization is now possible with Master card only (VISA not an option for a year). A ghost virtual card of an expired plastic has been sitting in my account for a year without any way to remove it. Happy to hear the PIN process was changed. The app still doesn't tell you the fee when you're doing a transaction (other banks' apps like DSK do) and there are still discrepancies between the balance of the same card under 2 different menus. It remains difficult to get rid of the unread messages.

Crashing all the time upon initial start for about 2 years now. Using Samsung galaxy note 10+ 5G and Huawei mate 20x 5G with latest software updates. Called customer service - they tried to convince me that that's only temporary. 2 years is long temporary. App simply crashes when signing in most of the time.

Upon registration, it's asking you questions written with white font on white background. How can I read what is written there? Same with input. Also if you are foreigner client, how can you add your name in Cyrilic? You should consider those important points to keep the business going. My long experience with this app - deinstalled it. Can't make account, can't login and can't change password. App is simply not user friendly. I would rather use iCard app. It's at least modern 21 century app.

Unfortynatly push notifications for new transactions stopped working since the last update. On the settings of the app they are on, however, I do not get notified and this is a bit disappointing

Poor GUI design - 1/3 of the screen is advertisement, the rest is a giant button to request a credit. Whoever created this doesn't have a clue of user experience and never touched another banking app. Apart from this the bank's taxes are getting ridiculous and I can't recommend their services anymore.

1. The username is not truncated, so u can slend quite some time trying to log in. 2. The authorisation process is ridiculous. On the phone it gives a qr code that I should scan with the phone. Every year the bank goes worse and worse, the staff, the offices then services. Very disappointing.

I am not able to reset my password and use the app and online banking for 3 years now. The phone customer support services said that they are not able to fix it. After numerous complaints the bank doesn't respond and refuses to help when call the support.

Every time I change my device I have to go in a office to get a new token?? Is this the best logic you came up with? Don't tell me it's for security reasons..... Registering from old device? What old device? What if I do not have old device??? I need to come to your offices and spend hours waiting? In these Covid times?? Awesome logic. I will just move to another bank. Also going to settings and devices does not work. Clicking on the device does not do anything, no matter how I enter pint+token
