No log-in required from phone to see balances. Easy log-in with code to see everything. Mobile check deposit. I haven't had any issues!

Every single Fibre Federal app I've ever installed has malfunctioned. Most recent upgrade lasted a record 3 months...now here I am, uninstalling/reinstalling the newest upgrade (per their web page notice). For the 2nd time today...still can't log in. I have been a Hapo Community Credit Union member for 8 years. I've used their app with zero problems for the past 4 years. So it isn't user error. It's "this credit union doesn't really care." I've gone in 3x about issues with my card. No solutions.

Constantly having problems with the app. It closes out whenever it wants. I've uninstalled it 3 times because it won't open. It doesn't recognize my password half the time and other times it makes me do complete verification steps. When I asked at the bank, the lady told me a lot of people were having problems. Not a good sign.

Love this app!!! I can make transfers from my accounts and the balance shows up in real time. I love the convenience of being able to transfer funds from either my savings or checking directly to my auto loan. It also shows my true payoff balance on my loan taking the guessing game out of how much I still owe. Would recommend this app to anyone who is a member of Fibre Federal or TLC. Great banking institution!😁🥰

There were some login bugs in the begining but they seem to have been worked out. so far, i like the setup and i find that this new app has new or improved features that make mobile banking significantly easier. i also like rhat you can see pending transactions before they've been approved. Easy to use memos on money transfers are super nice and helpful.

I worked in the Banking Industry for 15 years. I decided to try a Credit Union because they are geared more towards building and supporting community, and I have not been disappointed. I am very satisfied with my relationship with Fibre Federal. Their Customer Service is exemplary, and they have proven over and over they are willing to go that extra mile to help their Patrons' succeed. Bravo!

It has taken a while for TLC Fibre, to put together a good mobile app. In the old app on the computer, the account holder always had to enter their full account number. Very tedious the process, though I understand it was for protection of our accounts. The process of signing on is much easier with the mobile app.

The app glitches frequently. It won't allow proper transfers to and from my accounts. Also one time after failing to transfer funds to another account, and after giving me the message that the transfers failed,(I tried multiple times with no success) it all by itself later transfered the funds without my knowledge. A lot of money moved to the different accounts after it said that the transfers failed. So I went in person to the Credit Union, and the teller said she couldn't help me.

This app crashes constantly, and it's super annoying. Especially considering it deals with my income and bills and when I need to check on things to make sure things were paid and in the right amount the app has "an unexpected error".

Suddenly cannot pull up accounts, nor use mobile deposits. Called customer service 10 days ago, and still not fixed. I updated to latest update, then uninstalled and installed. Still not working. Very frustrating, as I've had to make trips to the branch to make deposits.

The app is great but I have an older phone so as the app upgrades, my phone is not capable of keeping up any longer. As my phone software ages & the app keeps upgrading I have less access to the features offered. Just the way of technology. Time to get a new phone. :-(

Random freezing. Random Quick Login setting changes. Slow load times. Tap and swipe responsiveness is poor at best. 2.5yrs later and still the same issues.

This App works reasonably well. HOWEVER, after the last update, (Sunday night) It has not been operational for 2 days now & counting! This is so frustrating & unacceptable. NO ONE seems to know when it will ever be operational again!!!

Easy to use. Able to deposit payroll check, transfer funds, pay bills, and recieve notifications. This app saves me time and money, not having to use gas to drive to bank and not having to stand in line that sometimes can be very long.

Frustrating Since the app was updated, I can no longer transfer money without it shutting down the app before I can transfer. And now it crashes whenever I attempt to open the app. Final got it working in March only for you to do another update and it is back to not opening.

Used to work really well. Now it's in a desperate need for an update to keep the biometrics from continuing to fail. Really getting tired of having to reset it. I'm reinstalling it so we will see if it helps.

This app doesn't show an accurate balance lies telling me pending charges are shown in the shown balance but then suddenly -100 in my account and the charge $30 for overdraft fees per charge without notifying you so lets say you are thinking you have money as the app shows 44 so you buy dinner then the next day you check and are in the hole buy hundreds because they charge you $30 on top of whatever you got for each thing so even 99¢ can be $30 in debt and the overdraft protection doesn't work.

It gives what you'd expect. You can check account balances and withdrawals, deposit checks (very helpful during the pandemic), make transfers, and several other things you can do. I use it pretty regularly.

now I can't even download the new app because fiber does not recognize my username and the telephone number they want to send a verification code is wrong and there is no place to put in the right number so downloading the new app is impossible. real good so now I can't bank on line thank you Fibre. so I tried putting in my acct # in the user name bar and Fibre says that's wrong. Fibre needs to get their ducks in a row before changing a perfectly good and useful app and replacing it.with this.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE banking with Fibre Federal Credit Union!!! I have been a member since I was a teenager and there is no comparison for the other establishments I have banked with. The improvements that have been made to the online banking system only make the experience easier and less stressful. I cannot proclaim loud enough how wonderful Fibre is!!

12 digit password?! With uppercase, lowercase, number and special character. I get it's our finances, but come on, I'm not even sure of a password I can think of that I can remember. Maybe we should write them down or save them in a "Passwords" not in our phones. That's safe. This is way over the top.

Fibre told me that if you use an Android phone, unless your phone has Android 9 or 10 this app will not work. They have no interest in rolling the app back to allow most of their customers to be able to use it again. Really bad customer service decision.
