It puts my money at my fingertips. I love it. It make deposit in your money so easy simple as taking a picture. There is never any problems with transfers always lagging or with the website not working the app is wonderful.
Great and convenient! The only recommendation I suggest is to have the ability to dispute a charge like other banks offer, such as chase. However, this app is great for it being a local bank.

I use this app for everything. I use all features it offers from bill pay to transfers. It saves me a lot of time. It is so convenient.
The app almost always glitches when I try to depot a check. I will take the picture and it just logs me out. I tried to deposit a check got 10 minutes. Finally restarted my phone and the it worked.
PW reset is horrible. Everytime I add my phone# to get a temporary PW the app disables that function and I have to call Customer Service to get a new temporary PW. No more. I'm uninstalling this app and closing my account with Fidelity.
Love not going to the bank for deposits! Transfers between accounts and even other banks. Extremely convenient during life/work balance and now covid- the new norm! Love it
occasionally crashes and can be slow if you don't have great signal but 95/100 times it works great & I can access exactly what I need when I need it
Absolutely awful. Check deposit hardly ever works when you need it too, and occasionally it just wont let you log in.
I love this app. It is so nice to be able to see all of your accounts in one app. It helps me keep up with my spending. It is so easy to transfer money from one account to another. Absolutely love it.
Easy to sign into easy to understand. Haven't had any problems with this login yet 7months so. so far so good.

My work time is the same hours as the bank's so this app is very useful and convenient.
It a bad app. Can't create a bank account. This needs to be fixed. Must be able to open a bank account

What happened in the last update? it just took me longer to deposit checks than it would have if I got in my car and drove to the bank. Getting the camera to click a picture was like pulling teeth.
Took just a few tries for me to get a clear picture, but now I love it.
Horrible app. Have to read the terms and conditions each time you do anything, but the link to the T&C never works. I rarely can do what I need to do.
