Look, I know I repel technology, but this isn't rocket science. I installed the app through Google play store. Press a button.(or at least tried!) When it's done installing it says it has to update. And that's where it ends! I can't get any further because it keeps giving me an error message saying " the data network is busy or unavailable. please try again or come back later."I try during business hour I'm not on Wi-Fi, I have unlimited data yet it still won't let me finish downloading the app

The app needed an update which i completed. Now I am unable to log in. I keep receiving a message that says its incompatible with my server and redirecting me to update the app. However it doesnt allow me to update it anymore. I sent an email to the email above but I have not received a response yet. So I am unable to access my account at the moment.

Good small bank, but still a bit behind on some of the advanced online feature of some of the big banks. The bill payment module is super-dated and has very limited functionality. No Zelle....and debt card disputes take 10 days just to receive a provisional credit.

Having the same issues as everyone else. When I access the app an "update" is required; when i come to the app store there are no updates. I've tried uninstalling with no luck. This is ridiculous; it's been over a week!

I was able to complete a transfer of $ between accounts with this app that the desktop kept rejecting. Customer Service tried desktop route with me several times, then she suggested using this app, which worked! Only took several hours to make happen, but not this app's fault.

I updated my app last night. Now I get an error saying not compatible. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same message. I would give zero stars if available at this point. It is useless. I need an app that works.

I enjoy using the app. by using the app, I don't have to drive to the bank as often; I like the fact that deposits can be made by taking a picture of the check, which also decreases drive time and funds are deposited as soon as possible. The app is very easy to use to handle every day business.

It's a good app, but the deposit function doesn't read the amount like other bank apps. The interface could be a bit more modern. Overall, it's works.

I'm happy app finally has fingerprint log on! The check deposit is better but still doesn't automatically take the picture. Definitely an overall improvement though..... Can't update! Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Compared to when I first started using the Fidelity Bank app 2 years ago, the annoyance of them repeatedly asking to login with a security code sent to either the cell phone or email, has now improved to the point where this app is as efficient as any of the well recognised national Banks. I'm proud for the progress that Fidelity Bank has made, it is now a joy to use it's different options that are working flawlessly.

Very, Very POOR, can't even get to it, I tried several times yesterday, I spoke with people in the bank, still I'm not able to get the my account, you should have left Fidelity the way it was, things are messed now, it needs to be fixed, I'm very dissatisfied 😣😣😣😣

Works well. Not the easiest to set up. But once done it has made making vehicle payments faster and able to be done from anywhere.

As a lot of users are saying, app is requiring an update but then says incompatible and asks you to update even though it's the latest version. I have a Galexy 7.

Just recently opened an account, still haven't gotten a chance to look through everything but I'm very impressed with the attention to customer service and the quality you get. I'm so glad I signed up for an account. Plus they have a lion as a mascot and lions are my favorite lol!!

For those having trouble with the app requiring an update which doesn't exist: you need to switch to the Ameris app. They took over Fidelity. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Well, now that tou were bought out by Ameris bank, i can't use my app, it keeps askimg me to update my app, and it never updates. You wont answer the phone when i call and now i can't check my account and use my money. You are stealing my money and this is a terrible app now. Never used to have a problem before ameris took over

Once setup it is super easy to use. Viewing accounts and making transfers couldn't be easier.

Works properly and is even able to show my other account with other banks. But since Ameris took over the app don't work no mow, its asking to update and I kept trying but it still isn't updating in play store.

I wasn't having issues at first with this app at first. Now i can't review any of my account information keep telling me to update it but its only giving me the option to uninstall rather than update.

Good interface to my bank account. Does everything I need. Has sufficient interface that isn't difficult to use.

this app won't let me go in to my account even though it's been updated. it keeps saying it's not compatible with my device even though I've had this app on this phone since last year.

Update Issue !!! Pleasr Correct ASAP Has worked well for over a year--saving me a trip to the bank to deposit checks. Now...won't operate unless update...and can't update. Uuuuugggg I dont want to make a trip to the bank.

Successful app. Very easy to use and can pretty much do anything online with your account. Make deposits and transfer funds.

It keeps telling me to update, but when I come to the app store there is no option to update. Very frustrating.

very simple and easy to use app only thing I want to change is that when I deposit a check over the app that the bank would at least give me half my check

User Friendly. Love the convenience of banking through the App. Transfers from bank to bank are a breeze after signing up and verification is done.
