Even after moving out of State, I have NOT experienced any issues with the online app. I have banked with Fidelity since 1970's. AWESOME!!
Nice app, easy to use. Wire transfers would be an advantage in the future. I maintain another account at BoA just for wire transfers.
Love having an app on my phone. Makes viewing my balances easy while still providing me the ability to transfer funds from account to account without having to use my laptop.
Wish I hadn't waited so long to install! Easy to use; easy to find account info, bill pay, etc. Timely notices to advise system maintenance well in advance.
After initial sign up agreement, I couldn't find instructions on info needed under my endorsement; also it would have been nice to be walked thru picture taking process of check front + back. What is NFC?
Wow-- I put off using mobile check deposit for ages because it seemed complicated. Silly me, Fidelity Bank makes it super easy.
Saves time going outside of the office. CHECKS are easily deposited. Still works great. Updated May 2021
I think that it does take a few days for a mobile check to be in my account. Most banks have it going right in when you send the pictures of the check,.I wonder what takes so long. The last check 4 days?

Taking a picture of the check is a big pain it takes 7 to 10 times before it will finally accept a picture. Millbury Savings Bank has a very easy app for depositing checks. I am seriously considering closing my account with Fidelity and going all with Millbury Savings Bank despite having been at Fidelity formerly cooperative for almost 50 years
