REGISTRATION:To use the Fidelity Bank Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled in Fidelity Bank Online Banking. To enroll in Mobile Banking follow the steps below:1. Log in to your Fidelity Bank Online Banking account2. Select Customer Service and then Mobile Banking on the main navigation menu3. Under Your Name select Enroll4. Terms and Conditions will appear, read the Terms and Conditions and if you agree, select to the left of the screen “I accept these Terms & Conditions”, then select Continue5. Menu of Mobile Services will appear, select the Applications desired, then select Continue (mid of page)6. Accounts will appear, select Account(s)that you want to appear on your cell phone and create a Nick Name for Account(s), then select Continue7. Enter cell phone number in box, select Continue8. Crashes all the time. Today I've been trying for over 1 hr to get this app to work by Uuninstalling app, reinstalling, rebooting my phone. It's been a nightmare. Kept telling me to check connectivity but I'm on a 5G phone eith 4 bars showing. I've had this problem for at least a year. Very frustrating and will certainly motivate me to change banks.

White screen. The app did work but now it is nothing but a white screen when I open it. I've reset app preferences and didnt do anything and also uninstalled and reinstalled. It's no point in banking with a bank that doesnt have a working mobile app when there are so many other great banks to choose from.

I've been using for nearly 10 years. The only problem I've ever had was getting it reinstalled after accidentally uninstalling. It saved all my info, including bill pay! Quite satisfied...

App worked perfect, for years, up until June 24th. Uninstalled & reinstalled but still doesn't work. All it will do is put white block on screen with message: Attention We've detected the use of automated click programs in combination with this app. The app's security policies do not allow automated click programs. I've used the same phone with this app & I have not had any new updates to my phone.

This app has the most problems of any banking app I have ever used. It is down VERY frequently, to the point where you can't even log into it. An error message constantly comes up saying to call a toll free number. Definitely not the dependability that is essential for everyday business use. Makes no sense why Fidelity can't get their app right with the technology available today. Mobile banking is especially important due to Covid-19. Fidelity needs to fix this if they want to keep customers!

When it works, it is great. It continues to stop opening. This is the 4th time I have reinstalled the app. It is only working for about three days then stops again. I spoke with my branch and they could not offer any help outside of unistalling and reinstalling. Frustrating!

This app is STILL NOT WORKING. I use a samsung s8. It used to work great until June 2021. If it's not fixed by the time I'm traveling again in the fall I'll have to switch banks.

No longer works anymore. Keeps saying app has violated security policies. I have done everything from restarting my phone and Uninstalling the app and re installed it. Been a problem for about 3 weeks now.

I have a Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, but had other types too. Thank goodness I have a backup ZTE phone!! Had this app since it came out & no issues.... but within the last four months it keeps telling me "stopped working", uninstalled and reinstalled many times & continues to not work. Sent error report each time to Google & still doesn't work!!! Good thing I have it on my backup phone as no issues ever!!! Fix this app please!!!

Hasn't updated since Halloween and app WILL NOT OPEN. I can't check my balance, status or anything. It starts for a second, then completely shuts down. Fix it. Now. Seriously.

Never had any problems with it crashing or doing anything weird and it is so handy to have. I would also recommend getting the fidelity card control app as well. It is super easy to navigate as a whole!

Basic functionality works fine but completely avoid if you intend to use for mobile deposit. 9 times out of 10 mobile deposit attempts fail due to app's inability to recognize endorsement on back of check. Mobile deposit was literally our only reason for downloading the app in the first place, to save trips to the actual bank for small checks, so the app's inability to do so reliably has rendered it basically useless for our company.

The app will not let me in. It keeps closing. The app also freezes a lot when you are in it. Its very basic for a banking app. The only thing I like is the mobile deposit works well.

Awesome! It works very well for depositing checks and checking your balance. Sometimes it doesn't work as well, but that's because of bad signal, or around the holidays so everyone is "checking" it!

Using this App has been a God Send, especially in this Pandemic! It's nearly better than an ATM. Make transfers between accounts and have funds available right on your Debit card, pay your bills or send money for fee.. I Highly recommend this App. 5 Stars out of 5! A life changer folks, and a Welcomed one at that. Very easy to use by the way. Stay home, Stay Safe and still take care of all of your financial Priorities. Cheers!
