Fidelity Digibanking

This is the worst online banking app by far. The process of registering to become a new user is very frustrating. I definitely did not know that the bank has to issue a temp password before you can actually log in. Also the app looks very old fashion and hard to navigate. I don't see my account balance. I can't transfer any money because it appears as if my account number isn't link. Very crazy app. Please upgrade this app . Very Useless!

This app needs a major upgrade. I don't if Fidelity had it this way on purpose but I can't see my loan balance or make payments on it through the app. It's 2021! Why can't I?! I also can't see my credit card balance either. This app sucks!!!

Very helpful and easy to use. Just wish a better breakdown was there on the app from companies when charged.

Good luck even trying to sign up directly from the website. No sign up option to click on

Pretty good app, however, request to be allowed to see more than 5 transactions

You can't even see your accounts or their balances. What is the point of this app?

What is a bank?

Can pay credit card and make loan payments but cannot pay bills like you can using their website. Pity as none of my bill payments information is available. Reduces the value and effectiveness of the app. Don't rush to give up website access just yet.
