Fidelity Mobile Banking

App broke after update. Won't load and run. Hoping for newer version that will work, ir the ability to install older version.

Made the mistake of updating. App doesn't do anything but display a blank screen now

Newest version crashes on startup. Reinstall doesn't fix it. It says it's detected "clicking apps" and won't start, although I don't use anything like that. Horrible. This is garbage. The local branch says it's a password issue, but we know better. I can login to the web with my credentials just fine. We've been thinking about switching banks for about a year now. This will probably make the decision easier.

Completely worthless app if I can't make a mortgage payment from it, and your website is just as bad. It doesn't accept passwords, always has errors, etc. Every time I walk into a branch to make a payment, the teller mentions how much easier it is to make a payment online. Nothing like talking yourself out of a job, right? Anyway, I'll be mailing my payment, and definitely finding another lender for my mortgage. Try blackout design in Dunmore. Maybe they can build a functioning webpage.

September 13 2021 Update: I talked to someone remotely and they said they're aware of the situation and due to a Google Privacy Settings update, they're no longer compatible. However, they've been in touch with Google to fix the problem but don't have an ETA patch just yet.

Not very good, gave two stars for features but features not always available. Direct deposits take a while to clear and there are a lot of times you are locked out of app. Edit: the app has gotten better over time

Login issues almost daily. When it does let you log in it usually crashes moments later. Not sure what the problem is but it's extremely irritating. Update 6/14/21- issues have gotten worse. Considering changing my bank due to not ever being able to login to check balances without trying 6 or 7 times at the very least. Get your s*** together already like the f***

Since they did away with allowing you to do mobile banking on a phone browser, this app needs to be better quality. 《 》Original: It's good but it does kick me out of the app sometimes and once in a while it'll say it can't verify your info and won't let you log in at all. If it's for scheduled maintenance then I think they should work on that.《

App is total trash. Doesnt even start up anymore. Uninstalled/ reinstalled, and my password works fine on the website. Even when the app worked it was still buggy. Kind of inexcusable in 2022. Perhaps invest some of that money into your tech department Fidelity?

Refuses to open. I had to switch banks and lost money somehow. Can't open the app at all and when I could, months ago, it wouldn't let me sign in or do anything. Now it's just a white screen no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, or go to my bank. It's awful. I've literally switched to Wells Fargo after realizing how awful this bank is as a whole. I literally have money go missing all the time here and have no reason when I call or go to my local bank pissed off. Trust Wells Fargo!

This app is highly disappointing. I wish I could actually rate any of the features it offers, but that's hard to do when it doesn't even open to begin with. App constantly crashes on the rare chance you get past the login screen and is just generally useless.

love this app easy deposit feature and I can check my balances and purchases. only issue is checking older purchases. the app takes too long to go back through your record and it only goes back a month or so. if they update the app with a drop down bar for what month you're searching for it would be a 5.

The login always seems to be messed up in one way or another. It tells me there was an issue with login, I need to call the bank, or recently just a completely white screen. I end up having to login via the website more often than I can use the app

Haven't had it long enough to give a full review, but, so far, it's been good. I'd like to be able to see more transactions at once on my cell app, and the checks aren't available to view, but, maybe that's because it's still setting up..... ? But, the app works like it's supposed to, and it's fast. I plan to install it on my tablet, as well, see how that works.

App keep glitch when trying to open

App continually stops working. I'll open it and it's all frozen. Has happened several times in the past year and it lasts for several days at a time. Very inconvenient when you need your banking info.

Since they updated 12/2/2020 the app is no longer compatible with my Samsung 5. I can not do mobile deposits anymore. Since branch near us closed, have to go farther. Guess we will change banks for more convenience. I am not about to purchase a new phone every year because apps keep updating, they need to take older phones into consideration.

Got a new phone and it simply does not open.

Very easy to use much better than the old Merchants Bank app. However if there is fraud on your card over the weekend there is no one to call. Other than that, this app is really good and convenient!

This new update is horrible. Never works.

Poor design, clearly an iOS app haphazardly ported to Android. Android navigation buttons don't work, only the ones in app, consistently will stop responding to touch input, I'm writing this review as I sit out of gas at a gas station, unable to transfer to my checking account on a sunday. Thanks Fidelity, why don't you pay your developers to actually make a useful app, since you want me to pay for statements to be mailed to my house, that I opted out of over 30 times.

Very good. I am able to navigate through it with ease. Making transfers, checking incoming checks, viewing all transactions.Good job. Just leave everything alone. Thank you.

Used to really love this app but recently they took away the ability to view check .I deposit checks every week so being able to view the last few deposits is important. I do love the convenience though.

Always issues! I will get an error message frequently. It is very aggravating considering ill get alerts about money coming out of my account and i cant get in the app to check.

The older version was good. The updated version causes a security error and is immediately shut down
