I'm really enjoying this app because even if am not in Ghana, I am able to makes transactions to my family. It safe, secure and convenient. But please now that the e - levy has come, how and where can I see the e levy tax and the service charge.
I love the experience in using this app, however, I'm unable to see and read the messages which of much importance to me else it would have been a 5 star.
I used to love this app because it was reliable until recently. I can't make any transfers with it for some weeks now, displaying "Service Error".
I have a new phone and I have been trying to verify my account for ever. The same OTP they sent is apparently wrong according to the app. Please fix this. I want it on a new device
I'm trying to register a new account but I'm stuck at the uploading of photographs. I keep clicking the choose photo button but it still wouldn't open anything. Us there any tech problem?
The app is literally useless, no offense. The most basic thing is displaying your balance and even with that, the app doesn't. I have never been able to make a single transaction with the app. It always fails

UI of new update looks like a dashboard for some automobile system. Although I feel like it could be improved somewhat. Certainly has the potential to be more appealing. The idea of what it's supposed to have been seems quite promising. It's the altered icon I can't stand. That round-logo-in-white-square look is just terrible. Can we revert to the previous one?
Awful. After the latest update, the app crashes anytime I launch it. My system tells me the app has a bug. Please fix it.
Please your contact lists on the mobile app isn't going through. All the numbers seems not to be connecting. I've been trying to reach you guys but none seems to be working
Very frequently unable to open. Nearly every 2 weeks, has to Uninstall n Reinstall
Please I reset my phone and now trying to activate my mobile app but have inputted the correct OTP but with my pin number it keeps telling me it incorrect now I have my account locked. Do I have to visit the office again.
Transfert from my wallet to account goes through on the app but transfert from account to wallet doesn't work for me why?

App is buggy. Opening an account has "choose file" buttons as inactive when pressed
I have enjoyed the app, until the recent update. New features. Here are my issues. I use it on my iOs 1. On the transfers tab, i am unable to view 'send to other app users' even though it was there after the update, after a few ACH transactions, it doesn't appear any longer. I have refreshed and uodated the product to no avail. 2. Some of the completed transactions are not showing in the 'recent activity' log... 3. I am unable to add any one to the new 'payee' sheet.... It just doesnt work

Apps closes immediately after launching... And when I try reinstalling, it works till I close the App, then it doesn't launch again... And the Biometric Log In doesn't work too... Used to work fine, but it seems this year update has ruined it. Please do fix it quick..
Was good to a point, this app has put me in several embarrassing situations. Whenever I try to transfer money to any other mobile money wallet apart from mine it never goes through but they make the deductions, I have to contact them all the time to make a reversal sometimes it's takes days before they even reply to my whatsapp messages to do the reversal. Disappointing!!

I tried buying airtime from my account twice via the app and a pop app came indicating that the system was under maintenance and as such my airtime transaction was not successful. I went back to check my balance and the amount I typed for the purchase had been deducted from my account yet the airtime hasn't been received at the destination. I've refreshed my account balance space on the app more than enough times and still the deducted amount has not been refunded.
This app is ok when you're loged in sucessfully. It always gives issue when a first timer wants to use it. I always have to go to the Bank to have it worked on. there should be an option to resend OTP though is there but not functioning i had this issue and i have to uninstall the App and install it severally even as at that i stil cant complete the signup process. Account cant be found, whole lots of issues even crashing. Please improve on it.
Every transaction I have tried to do on the app since December has failed
It works okay for me except one thing, it doesn't switch to landscape mode when I turn my phone. My touch screen glitches so a certain part doesn't work when trying to tap the login tab. So I always have to uninstall and install again to make a withdrawal. Please fix it to work in landscape mode as well
It was working fine till some few months back it started messing up with the same error message. "device signature mismatch, exiting application". I've reported it severally to a branch and it seems error isn't known yet i see similar reviews with same error. please fix it else I'll be forced to move. thanks
Whatever update you did to eliminate a sender's name in the notification sms for a bank to mobile wallet transaction, I think it needs to be re-looked at. Using Fidelity Mobile App as reference does not in any way confirm the ID of a sender. I shouldn't have to prove that I sent someone cash simply because my name didn't show in the notification sms.
The app crushes whenever i enable biometrics in the settings. Was fine till the latest updates. Sometimes you wonder if they don't test these updates before pushing them. Now what do i do
Please when are you adding a feature to top up prepaid cards through the app. This feature is long overdue. Also there should be a possibility to add multiple accounts. Nonetheless the interface and the available functionalities works perfectly.
