Almost every single time I log in to mobile deposit my paycheck it tells me it can't log me in without extra security and makes me receive a verification code by text message. Almost every single time, every 2 weeks! Seems super unnecessary and redundant. Please fix this issue. Otherwise, very helpful app.
Fingerprint feature doesn't work; always says it cannot be accessed at this time and has me log in with full username and password. Mobile check deposit is always difficult to find on the app. It works fine for seeing basic account balance.
Giving this 5 stars because for quite some time I have used it and been very impressed by convenience, etc. I will say that recently I have experienced a number of connectivity Issues that could only be resolved by phoning the bank's technical service.
This app is constantly forgetting my device or forcing a password change, and the timing is always impeccable so i get embarrassed often when trying to make purchases😵🥺... but everything else is Fab, such as being able to pay bills,adding payees. when i get in the app. best feature so far is the instand message i get that tells me immediately when,where and how much a purchase was when it clears, the alert comes within 20 seconds AND I LOVE THAT it gives you complete purchasing security.
Extremely frustrating. I have to call every time to increase the deposit limit. The app times out too quickly. Is difficult and non-intuitive to use.
Having trouble with the app launching correctly. It repeatedly fails to launch and then I have to uninstall and reinstall.. so frustrating.. needs to be fixed.
I love being able to check my balance anytime I want and transfer money instantly. I haven't tried the picture deposit yet because I haven't had to but that's a cool Option too! Very Happy with this app!
It was great before. Now as of 3 days ago it tries to let me log in, then boom! Black screen and closes itself. I used the app so many times a day and now nothing! edit Its running great again! yeah!
Can't log in for an hour. I've been trying to check my balance to know if I can make a purchase or not but it says server unavailable, try later... never had this problem with other banks. Your app is terrible!
Honestly needs some work the website is much easier to navigate although the app does give you access to certain features you cannot find on the website such as depositing checks on the go.
This app is not good at all... Randomly opens and closes. I get notifications that the app is closed even after I stop the app from running. Overall I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Too many updates. Each time I have to delete numerous to accommodate your update. I'm down to 4, I use daily. I have nothing else I can delete. I am getting this update several times a month. Not happy.
I really like the ease of being able to transfer from one account to another from anywhere. And being able to see an accurate balance and transactions in real time. Thanks!
Crashes constantly even when just running in background. Uninstalled because it wouldn't stay running long enough for me to log in on my Note 8.
It doesnt work anymore! Every time I try to open the mobile app on my S8+, I get an error message that app has closed. I am furious because I need my mobile deposit!! PLEASE FIX THIS!
Everytime I open the app it automatically closes itself. I cannot even get logged in. It's very frustrating.
Terrible. Only works intermittently. 9 out of 10 times it crashes immediately after signing in.
The functionality is not very intuitive. Taking the pictures for deposits and finding the deposits function seems confusing

App is terrible for remote deposit... have issues almost every time I use it... great for checking your balance though
App is terrible always crashing and throwing errors anytime i try to use it never works when i need it to cant even check my balance right now let alone anything else just another way fidelity screws u over and gives u the run around screwing with your money. Smh
They now have free checking again. So, I am excited about that! The staff at the branches and on phone have always been nice to me. Also, very understanding!
This app is irritating, always glitching. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times.
Updated the app and now it doesn't work. Can't log in, it just stops working everytime. 5 star app, 1 star update
It's rarely down for servicing or with glitches, so I can count on it to work. A few things weren't obvious, but I think I figured them out. It's very fast to transfer money. I can see copies of my checks. I wish I could go further back in time to look up older transactions. I wish I could make notes about POS purchases. But I rely on it for my everyday banking, and it almost always meets my needs.
