Horrible UX. Not an app. Just a bunch of pages wrapped in an app. Makes me log in in a browser anyway.
Wow clearly wasn't tested by people. Most pages are not mobile optimized or even responsive, making them difficult to read. I wanted to switch plans, no idea how to do it on this app. This fails basic usability tests, definitely wouldn't pass accessibly requirements. Update: it's been over a year since I wrote that review & it's as bad now as it was in June 2020. What is taking so long?!
5/07/21 Following apparent improvements I still get a blank screen with close in the top corner on most screens. What is the point of the app if I cannot even see a breakdown of my investments ? 26/05 Home page the only thing that works. Can see the basic information but based on the below I should be impressed with this much. Click on pretty much anything else and get a blank screen with the word close in the top right hand corner.
Generally opens the website in an app, slow to load and several pages don't work
Stopped working completely now....can't log in. Just get a little cone icon and a message about 'technical difficulties'.. been like that for days now.
Probably one of the most useless and outdated apps I have dealt with. Compared to the likes of Aviva, this looks a 100 years older and in the 4+ months I have been using it - the only message I have been seeing is "your information cannot be viewed at this time". The web interface (just as clunky) at least works 🥴🙄 Uninstalled! Don't waste your time with this one 🤨
Despite some recent updates, this remains a very poor implementation of an app. Difficult to navigate, ugly, slow, minimal functionality. It would be better to provide nothing than to damage your reputation with this rubbish.
It works, but this app feels 10 years old. Apart from the menu screen every option just opens an in-app web viewer of the website page. The app is sort of pointless, the same can be achieved saving your login credentials in the web browser on your phone.
Unable to log in to even access the app. I use fingerprint ID and it authorises and then tells me that I have been logged in for the maximum amount of time (all zero seconds) and logs me straight back out. It's completely unusable.
This app doesn't work. "We can't access your information right now. Please try again later." That message shows after entering my one time passcode. I can log in via the browser just fine. Something wrong with the app.
Has ceased to work, times out the session when logging in. That's bad enough, but there's also no way to get user support either in the app, or via the email address that you get the one time access code from, it's a noreply address. God help my pension if this is the care Fidelity take with things
Once logged in it looks great. However as soon as I click on a different link other than the main screen it goes blank and just has 'close' in the top right hand corner.
Unable to log in, goes all the way to submitting the texted passcode, then the screen freezes and it hangs. Several attempts, now uninstalled, needs sorting out pdq Houston we have a problem!
There have certainly been some installation issues, but when working it is fine. Clear info with good links from the app to make investment changes and more.
Love this App, works well on my phone. I can access most of the things I am interested in. Needs to be extended on individual fund performance and charting. Fingerprint works well for me.
Only 1 star because you can't award zero.. fingerprint recognition doesn't work, tabs to check investments doesn't work .. I could go on.. useless, how can an "upgrade" to an app make it worse.. avoid at all costs, just don't bother.
If possible would give it a 0. Can't log in using an android realme x50 Pro android version 11. After putting verification code to login, the app just freezes.
Won't even let me log on, going round and round. Screen freezing. So can't even get onto the app to properly review it.
Works well enough on my mobile device and to be fair, I wouldn't use it for any more than simply looking around 👍 PC or laptop with better security for anything else...
Doesn't work with Android 12. Reinstall doesn't help. The app hangs then closes once the login process is completed.
Constantly claims that time limit has been reached and won't allow me to login. Extremely frustrating and has persisted for weeks now.
After more than ten minutes of going round in circles entering my credentials again and again, I was finally able to log in and then the app completely froze before I could go any further.
It's just a copy of the mobile website !! It's currently at version 1.0 which explains something - sharpen your pencils guys and make some changes !!
Worked first time. Fingerprint ID works fine. Summary data is laid out sensibly. Charting page needs optimising for mobile
Very poor, will not even allow me to login (Samsung A70). Called the support line but they were unable to help.
Installed, cannot even open the app (oneplus 5t with oos 9.0.11). click and goes straight back to my andriod maon screen (silent crash?) well done.
Worked once and now says temporarily unavailable every time I try to view it. Absolutely rubbish app.
App hasn't worked for me for months. Whenever I login it says temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties
Doesn't even start just crashes
Cannot login using some IP addresses and or a VPN. I use VPN so not to be tracked by evil corps and hacks (especially when using public WiFi). Using other connection methods "DO" work. You are trying to "protect" users simply on an outdated "so called called wrong IP address list" that are not updated or even verified and using INCORRECT geolocation or other incorrectly flagged but still valid networking. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
