If I knew, I wouldn't have updated this app. The previous version worked perfectly well for me until I updated few days ago and now, the app has refused to log me in with the right details in the face of urgent transactions I have to carry out. There has been alots of complaints as regards this from previous reviews but it looks like the bank has turned deaf ears to them since last year. WELL, IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND TO THE ISSUES OF YOUR CLIENTS, THEN YOU DON'T DESERVE THEM.
This is apparently the worst banking app I have ever used. It fails 90% of the time and is a lot of stress. I sometimes have to wait till midnight to attempt transfers because of permanent error messages in the day. It persistently requires me to re log in at my point of token entry. Please rework the app. you may learn the art from other banks.
Very useless app Cant login even when i have double checked details Mobile banking details works fine and token app is useless Have called customer service thrice and they are clueless I'm asked to just keep trying Still waiting for when one will really get the value for their money in this country. App should be taken down its too useless
Please this app should be made accessible whenever someone change his/her phone, not going to the bank all the time for verification and authentication. Meanwhile the main app is accessible, please do something or better still syn the apps so they can work together.
The most useless app ever. Replaced my phone and now i can't log in. Been to the bank and called online customer care, but none seem to have a clue what the problem is. Its obviously a software issue. The bank don't think it necessary to pay a developer to correct bug. Only in Nigeria people run businesses like this.
This is a total awful app cant log me in each time i tried always have an error message pop up, tired of going to their customer care all we do is uninstall and re install nothing seems to be working. You guys should wake up.
Since I downloaded this app till now I've not being able to log in when all my details are correct I honestly don't understand the system of this app pls this should be improved it's just like i wasted my data downloading this app
Very terrible. Still unable to login to the token app after uninstalling and reinstalling as advice by the online customer service team. Very unsatisfied. Will probably switch bank all the same!
I've been trying forever to login. Always saying all error has occurred. I'm so frustrated.
It's a very useless app... It doesn't allow u to login to ur account. Fidelity Bank should find a way to fix this bug... What's the use of a soft token when it doesn't even work?. If there's a zero 🌟... I would have awarded it to u as ur rating.
The worst mobile app I have ever seen. since i opened this fidelity account i haven't use this app, if i want to log in they will be telling me invalid username or password. I regretted opening an account with them i have wasted alot of airtime calling the so called customer care and also paying t-fare to their branch office. I will never advice someone to open an account with this so called bank
It's so poor, I can't login either with the online banking app not token app, keep saying wrong username or password, and yet if I click forgot password it says I don't exist, and if I sign up a million times it says I'm already registered. What colour are your problem
This Fidelirty Token App is a useless. I have been trying to download this app for the past five days so as to transfer money. But is not downloading. I hate this "unnamed bank" I think I will go to there nearest branch and withdraw all my money and close down the Account. Everything about this useless bank is stressful including there staffs we stress you in any of there branchs.
It's always bringing out an error message everytime I try to activate it. Very frustrating and annoying
It's really frustrating. It keeps showing error, error, error. Please do something about this. How can I have an app that gives issues all the time? Upgrade your app please.
I have tried so many times to login this app. but I haven't been able to. I get email alerts that I logged in whereas the app says "login failed."
I can't login to this app and it's been over 4 months. It's a disgrace to be honest. I can see last time an update was released was almost 2 years ago. Wish I could rate this 0 stars.
This App is totally useless, can't login with exactly the same details I used for the online banking. Cant make a single transaction. Just wondering what I get myself into trying to abandon my GTB for this.
This is bad!!!!! Terribly bad!!!! I can't access this app and yet due to failed trial above 3 times, it locked me out of my mobile platform. You guys should fix your system!
Terrible and useless app, since I downloaded it, i just can't login, it has been difficult, it is always error,try again later, rubbish app.
Fidelity bank is a pain, there's always trouble transferring via *770#, even login to the fidelity token seems impossible, keeps saying.. User challenge cannot be longer than.... Blah blah blah. The bank seems digitally backward. Every transaction with fidelity always ends in tears and money loss
Installed and uninstalled this app more than 5 times. Keeps giving the message - unable to get phone number or email linked to account. Absolute rubbish.
Worst than one star. I have been stucked in a transaction for ages because the app gives replies with an unresolvable error and try again later. I can not even log in
This app is crazy men. The previous version was much easier. I havent been able to make easy transaction since this funny update. Nigeria bank sef...😥😥
Dear developer please why is it that this app refused to log me in when I changed my phone? I keep getting this message " unable to find a suitable account to perform setup."

This is the most stupid app ever, to login is a big problem, saying error always. Fidelity bank go and fix your useless app
'Twas difficult to log in (even) with the right details. The error response wasn't helpful. After fiddling around for a bit, it turned out I had to go to "settings" on the online banking app to update my security questions before the token app could launch. This is for the benefit of those who absolutely have to use this app. Seems somewhat seamless from there if you enable the token auto launch from the online banking app.
