FidelityAgent 3.0

I paid for the subscription...in theory a great app...but way too many bugs. Laggy, takes a long time to load/buffers AND after the last update I can't load it/won't open. I click on the icon, takes a while to load the Fidelity logo and then it closes. Please fix this glitch ASAP...I expect to get my money's worth. Thx. July 16th '21: still crashes...app can't even launch/open past the logo page. Screen goes black and the phone asks if I want to wait, close the app or send feedback.

It does great for financing a house but not for paying cash. They need to fix that part to get rid of all the other fees. I know it cuts you out, but at least give us an idea what closing cost would be for cash buyers.

Just learning the program. Is very helpful. Need more practice. Help me to explain what sellers and buyers what to accept.

I wish I could use more of the premium features. In Michigan these are not compliant because we can not make the brokerage font as large as the agents.

Paying for subscription doesn't let you bypass the inconvenience of limited/locked access and having to wait to be revalidated by a sales rep who doesn't work weekends or holidays like you do.

Great app. Very user friendly and lots of great tools for my real estate business.

Processing Error. Unable to log on.

I'm a realtor and Fidelity had me download this app at a trade show. The app doesn't work.

UPDATE from 3 years ago. originally 3 stars due to not meeting federal disclosure rules, truth in lending (TILA) with respect to things such as APR disclosure. MUCH BETTER today ***4***. I now have Premium subscription and use this app quite a bit. I would like to see more PREMIUM content VIDEOS for MORTGAGE LENDERS?BROKERS and also static SM for mortgages both targeting refinancing or purchasing content. this would take me to 5 stars.

I paid for this app over a year ago and now with the update its asking me to pay again for the full version. Not happy at all. It was better before this update.

Gets worse over time. Crashes non stop

Love this app. It does exactly what I wanted to do.

I used this app to compare to the settlement statement of a buyer and the results were very close to the real figures. I love to use it to help prospective buyers get an idea of what their loan might look like.

I paid for the upgraded version. Fidelity National title has me locked out so I can't use it. Tried contacting Fidelity ..no call back. What's a nice app until they locked me out. How do you get a refund?
