When first installed it was fine, now a week later it doesn't refresh the wifi devices connected to my network. It holds all the previous ones even though they are not connected (I turned off all devices) to wifi anywhere. The browser gateway works perfectly to show what is connected. The app needs a LOT of upgrading!
Wifi devices not refreshing, still shows all devices connected in past few days yet most of those are powered off. would like to see more troubleshooting. not everything is about speed tests. I'm having issues with stable ping and timeouts.
I put my password in correctly and it says it's wrong. Haha yeah right. This app is useless. It did work until I had to change my password do to the poor security fidelity has. Now it says it's wrong. Yet I use the same password to link other devices. Don't waste your time. If the developers fix this then I might give 4 stars. Maybe
I use to be able to check the speed that i was getting to my modem, but haven't been able to check it for over a month now, keeps telling me that there was a problem checking the speed, try again later. I want to find out if im getting the one gigabyte download speed that im paying for.
My app will not connect to my modem. This is all happening after the B.S. they put me through with their rates. As soin as Covid hit, they closed the office and raised their price by $2 for "increased dependability", but it has been everything except dependable. Then i get a bill with a late charge on it even though i was not late. They tried to hit my account for money i didn't agree to, then charged me a late fee even though i paid it the day it was due. I call them on that and they say i stil
They suck! You can never get in touch with anyone! Ive been paying for a cable package i didnt agree to for months because i cant contact a human to cancel it. The app is useless too!
Modem upgrade sucks! Can't unpause the device once paused, I'm so pissed! Have restarted the modem, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app... it's ridiculous!
Needs work but overall good. The speed test absolutely will not work for me on Galaxy s10.

Hit in advance canceled after 30 days got a $300 bill after turning in my quick and then the customer service lady hung up after me when I questioned why they have such a high bill horrible company

Wouldn't even connect.
Barely even works. It constantly kicks you out in the middle of updating settings and you have to re login. But then it will tell you that it can't even connect to your modem anymore for no reason at all and you have to hit retry a couple times and then magically it starts working... For about 30 seconds.
