I'm using Fidme since 2013, always loved the app. But since a few months I'm unable to open loyalty cards in the stores with very bad internet reception. Work around: enabling plane mode. @Fidme team, fix this or I won't be a customer for 10 years. I already wrote the customer support, but the issue is still not fixed after 2,5 months.

Two stars because it syncs across all of the platforms I use, but no higher than that: it really is a chore and a half to add cards to this thing. If the retailer isn't listed, and you don't add a picture of the card while you're creating the listing, you can't add it later. If you want to use an image from elsewhere, the app stretches and rotates it when you load it, with zero options for adjustment. If the retailer is listed, you're stuck with its existing images. Options are just all limited.

Could you please make the app compatible with dark mode? Thanks for your reply and do let me know when that happens so I can edit the review to 5 stars, as that is really the only problem I have with it. *Edit: I changed phones and it works fine now.

Very raw and buggy app. Almost impossible to make card photos - the shutter fires only automatically and doesn't wait for proper placing, no auto crop, the manual cropping corners are difficult to place because they are invisible under the finger, landscape photos from the camera album are shown partially. In edit mode replaced photos are not saved.

Would like to give it a higher rating but it doesn't open. I installed it so I can use it with my Samsung sport watch and it won't open (just the splash screen), have tried adjusting permissions, clearing the cache and the usual restart and uninstall & reinstall.

Nice try guys, but glitchy interface, poor performance, not autofocusing in app camera(for adding logo/background for manually adding process),randomly rotating photos(for adding logo/background for manually adding process), not able to edit photos(for adding logo/background for manually adding process), insistent in app personal information agreement confirmation screen(literally keeps coming every time i change something), constantly crashing Gear S3 companion app.. Should be much better...

Always handy and I don't have to carry all the cards with me. I also have cards from different countries so the discounts and offers are always ready and available when needed. AND, on top of that I added other membership cards like my Medical Aid and have the info at hand when required. I started using it about 2013 and were never sorry since. GO FIDME!

I don't like this new look (actually it's completely new app). Especialy pop-up adds in language that I don't understand. Startup takes too long. Stocard app seems to work much better than this redesigned one.

The app doesn't work on my watch. After the logo shows only white screen and a blue circle rotating indefinitely ... I waited only 7 minutes. Also, at the app menu for Messages the options are in French but my phone is in English.

Awesome that it links to the gear s3. But it would be better if it outputted the right barcode. I entered my card # here in America and it put an extra digit in the barcode when scanning. No good if it's not putting out the right code #

I'm sorry but I really despise apps/websites that assume a user is French speaking because they live in Belgium. This is lazy programming and/or a lack of the most basic research. You will find that Belgium has three official languages (spoiler alert: main one isn't French). But as my system language is set to English, I expect my application to show up in English! For the most part this is the case in FidMe but there are a great deal of elements displayed in French, which is unacceptable to me.

I was trying to use Google Pay, but you can only add cards that have been authorized by Google. The advantage of this app Over StoCards, is that you can update your cards with a press of a button and have it synchronized on all your devices.

I have rolled back to the latest version 6 of this and watch is syncing again. I have emailed support with no response. and watch version has been removed from the Galaxy Store app is now useless :(

New version is bad and I cannot put an image for the card - it now says "Supermarket" and uses default icon ... the old one was far more easy to navigate and I could use custom images for each card.

Please revert app version back. You damage all that was good. No more way to add logo, taking photo taking ages, category hatdcoded. Seem time to look for alternatives.

I'm just beginning with the app but so far it has potential but you cannot take a picture because the app closes or the view is blurry, and no that's not caused by my camera. Second issue is that there just isn't enough information explaining how to add a bank account for cash back and I'm sorry but I know I am not alone in saying, I do not understand what is there. I'm sure this is because I'm unfamiliar with dealing with this kind of thing and I am in the USA.

It used to work good on my Galaxy Gear 3 years ago. Thought I would try it out again to see us they fixed anything. Still nothing same grey screen on watch after load. Cards don't show up

Doesn't work on Galaxy Watch. It's just a gray screen with the app logo. It's useless to me. I already had Stocard on my phone that works great. I wanted something for my watch.

No longer in the Galaxy store!! I've used this app for years and they took it off the galaxy store so now I can't have it installed on my Samsung galaxy S3 Frontier. It was an excellent app please bring it back!
