Fido Money Lending

I took a loan and I couldn't pay back on the due date because I was facing network challenge at where I was at the time. I tried calling but computer couldn't make communication successful. I came to the office personally on my return to complain about what happened and they said they were sorry. Though I cleared all debts with penalty, since then my application to access loan has always been rejected.

Apparently if you repaid a loan late no matter how many years later you still can't apply for a loan. 4th July 2021 is getting to a year. I want to know if 1 late payment can affect me even after 10 years so I delete the app and stop requesting loans during emergencies only for them to get rejected How do I check my credit score how!!!!

I installed the app, I entered the verification code then moved to the next page, I'm clicking continue but it's not working.. Also there is no ios version of the app. Also it's impossible to reach customer service. They are saying it will take 5 working day's... This app is very bad

I have been trying to request for a loan for quite some time now but it doesn't go through. A pop-up message saying "client already exists" keep appearing at the the very end of the process although i have not never been granted access to the loans before. Please do something about it. I will give you 3 stars to begin with as i have witnessed friends and family being granted loans at your end.

Very interesting app, however if management could make ways for the late payments individuals to be able to reapply, some happeneds as first time users they didn't know how to repay just like me, I hard the money but took me close to 1 week B4 I was able to make a successful repayment. And since then I can't reapply for fido loan 2 years ago

This app is the best with low interest rate and you have more time to pay your loan. Infact if you are a monthly salary worker, and you want loan, this app is good for you.

Well Fido lending is actually a good app to go for, the money is sent to your momo account immediately after the filling of the forms, I found out that you can get 200 cedis for the start well I took 100 cedis first and it wasn't enough so I tried taking another 100 but I couldn't get the process of taking it in additional making my loan 200, so please that part should be done properly,apart from that the app is work perfectly fine.

Fido is good but I'm not happy with the fact that I made my repayment earlier and I need money again I can't get, why? I would've given Fido 5 stars if not for that reason. I recommended it to some friends and since this happened they may reconsider but if you change it and make it available once your repayment is full then even 10 stars wouldn't be problem. Fido should consider this

It's very good but poor customer service...I expect talk to someone personally when I call...but it's always answering machine...how do you no my problems for delay in payment and also know i still have the money in mind and that i will pay...just sending messages and sending messages to people...

I've downloaded the app since morning,gone through all the procedures ,and as at now been trying to log inn and apply for a loan but the app isn't responding...I've even put my phone off and on again yet the app won't respond,and I need the money urgently.

Simple but detailed terms. The system does not rig you of hard earned cash like the others do. Repayment is flexible and the period is perfect. Interest and processing rates are very reasonable and affordable. I hardly recommend lending apps, but this one works good.

Best app ever seen. No stress in registering if only ur informations are correct, you are free to go. The only problem is when you pay back before the date unless ur due date reach before you can get which needs to be updated

It's been a nice experience working with Fido . I bought a motorbike which wasn't brand new and sometimes gives me problem. So whenever I need money for repairs and maintenance I rely on Fido. You can also try

Pls I applied for a loan. They later told me it's pending per approval. They told me that it's approved and gave me terms and conditions to agree to. I agreed to that and later told me the money will be sent to my mobile wallet with text messages. Till date the money hasn't come. Why?

I have applied for several loans but they keep on saying I am not qualify to be given the loan but I should apply in months time... I have been getting this notification on several occasions and I don't the requirements before you can be go the loan.

Am highly disappointed using this app. Why should one spend much time,data bundle and energy to go through a whole lot of PROCESSES only to be rejected for no reasons.. I have tried several times to get a loan from Fido app but they keep rejecting me, I don't know why and one funny thing is that when I recommend it to my friends and they download it and also apply for a loan they get it. I don't know why I can't get mine, if it is luck or something. Kindly explain why

Im not happy about your plenty terms and condition, other network especially mtn doesnt request for such condition moreover mtn interest rate is better, I tried many times on figo , since from yesterday and today ,still couldnt get this loan. How can i give more details as i dont have any more details to give, and does it mean that one has to get extra number before he or she can benefit from your app. Do something now.

Nice and instant, I like the fact that their systems makes sure that the loan they are giving you will be re-payed come what may. With this you can't just play with them and go scot-free. My experience was easy and I pray to re-pay even before the due time to always do business with FIDO. SHALOM 🙏🏾

Do you have a whatsapp helpline? I have been calling the helpline for about 3 days and they could not help me solve my problem.... In the middle of a loan application the fido application just stops. I tried in 2 different phones apart from mine and i keep getting same results

The best loan app I've come across... And my favourite feature is the pay early, pay less... unlike other apps that forces a 90 day repayment scheme to make you pay more interest..

Excellent, delivery is superb. I'm only concerned about my data security. I also want to suggest an increase in the number of months a customer may choose to furnish his loan. What happens to a person who dies while still owing? Please, I've been taking ghc1000 for the past four months,but no increment and I want to find out why. I also raised a concern that was not addressed: WHAT HAPPENS IF A PERSON DIES WHILST STILL OWING??

We are no longer using voters ID for sim registration, it's only the national ID but yet still your system keeps on asking for the new and old,driver license,etc. For the process.so please update the app

My experience was great but when the time was due I was facing a crises but I paid within that week. Till now I'm not able to access loa from you again but that was my 3rd loan. So kindly do something about it
