The Fido My Account app is available to Fido customers with a post-paid account. Unfortunately, Fido prepaid accounts aren't compatible with this app just yet.

This could be a lot better. First of all, the interface seems quite clunky and that's a bit off putting. Also, I find it very frustrating that I have to re-authenticate everytime I load the application, it's not like this is a banking application. Finally, this app interfares with data capabilities every single time the hour of free unlimited data is done. This by far is the most frustrating aspect of this app as it has to do with security!

Be careful when changing plans. FIDO will charge you for the entire billing period (even if it is only active for a few days). Support claims that they give you a credit for you next bills, this is FALSE. I can confirm I have not been credited despite calling support 2 times about the issue.

What a terrible experience, the app constantly logs you out and shifts you between different accounts if you have multiple lines. There is still no fingerprint login, no two factor authentication and the chat function is buggy. The perks are the main reason to go into the app or to check your usage but it can use a lot of work. And now even the perks section stalls and often doesn't load. And no I won't contact you on Facebook or Twitter, I don't use those platforms.

App never works. When I get the email to pay a bill, the app always has issues. Understandably, I forget to "check back later" and end up missing bill payments. I don't like to auto-pay either because Fido always has incorrect charges. This company has become horrible over time, unfortunately.

I'm completely satisfied with Fido experience. There plans are also way better and the extra 5 sessions that's given to us is way helpful than it seems. There are some things that need to be changed to make an ideal app but still it is quite easy to use.

Garbage App, disappointing service. If you want to see details and connect with support, you have to use a computer & go to the website. This app does not function. It has titles for areas of search that do not provide any info. Just blank screens. Not just my phone. Bro has new Iphone, I have German phone, another has samsung. All have the same problem. Garbage, a sad & frustrating way to treat customers. Additionally, I am still being charged for a phone they wont let me use. Fts.

I want to pay my bills, it really shouldn't be this difficult. No option to save a card without enabling recurring payments meaning you have to re-enter your card every time and hope it actually goes through. It usually doesn't. The app design is very nice and user friendly but sometimes I swear you guys don't want my money.

App is seriously flawed: I have to log in EVERY time, even when i tab to another app in the mean time which is stupid since it remembers my log in info ( i mean even banking app doesn't require that). Keeps telling me to allow permissions for service improvement ( even when they are allowed). There is always a few "we've hit a snag, try again later" error message that i have to dismiss 2-4 times. These bugs have been there for a few updates and it is very annoying. 4/4/22: Now it broke even more

Uninstalled because the new update is asking me to spend 30sec-1 min on a reCaptcha verification every time I try to log in. No thanks Edit: gave it another shot because I needed to activate the free hour of data... Still the same issue after reinstalling. The recaptcha that you're using for this is an obnoxious and unnecessary waste of time.

Somebody at Fido said "let's make our app as useless as our website"! And they succeeded... 1- trying to use the app but it's currently not working. 2- even though I'm logged into the website it's showing me prices for somebody who doesn't have an account. Fire whoever is working on the website and the app because you know nothing.

Horribly optimized, I got an error code saying payments aren't working try again later. So I tried again and again and 5 times got the same error code. Then it charged me 5 times. Fix your sh%$y app Rogers, how can a mobile phone service provider have such a terrible app. Isn't your business technology? PS you only got one start because I couldn't choose 0.

Please remove the captcha verifications for each login. It was already a small annoyance to login and confirm the account number each time, but at least that only took 5-10 seconds. Now with the additional rounds of capchas, it can take a minute of validations before entering, which makes it a poor user experience

FIDO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER Scammers, I signed up for internet, never got email billing notifications despite getting them for my phone plan. Never even activated my router or used my internet and forgot about it. They refuse to give me any refund months later. Not only that but their customer service was so rude and raised their voice to me. NOT TO MENTION THEIR APP DOESNT EVEN WORK

Tire of the promotions with other companies that are irrelevant, also ABOUT THE APP, about your plan details like - Local, is not really telling you much, i hate to guess what services i have, LOCAL means what, toronto, or ontario or Canada, what does LOCAL mean?, but the app ITSELF is ok, easy to use, intuitive, but i used to have 15 gb and magically went down to 10 GB for same cost of 15gb, go figure

New issue. Hard to log into app. Says sorry we hit a snag and to try again repeatedly. Changed passwords etc.. same. Asking Jack the virtual assistant is a waste of time. App is very confusing and misleading. When it comes to important information good luck finding it.For example to find phone number to call customer service you have to go through all bunch of useless options what keep pushing you to "ask jack" . Login to your account is just ridiculous because you need to redo it after every single little thing you do on your phone . No clear info when you try to navigate in between your phone and internet account. Simply no good.

Has a non-descript name when downloaded. My Account. I would like the app to be called Fido, not My Account. Response to Fido, if you app is called My Account, then it isn't a name that is definable to find on my mobile, which is then a 'unhelpful' name. Also when using app one must login repeatedly.

Update the app and since then, it does not keep me logged in as it used to be: Everytime I open the app, it kept showing me the login page with my credentials already filled in and then I have to click login manually everytime..that's not the point of the "Remember me" option. This few seconds I'm loosing each time is really annoying. Please fix this and I'll gladly change my feedback!

Since the new update I have been unable to access my free 5hrs for either phone and can't toggle to look at both accounts. I have Uninstaller an reinstalled it and it did not work, when I try to install the old version when I put my number in to log in , it states I don't have an account. I been playing with this app for awhile trying to remove the app, reinstalling old an new, etc.. and nothing fixes it! So in short free data hrs gone, and can't see my other phone line at all not happy.

Crashes very well. Doesn't do anything other than that. Tried reinstalling. Still crashes. And that is all. Cache was cleared. Still crashes. Can't even get in... On samsung galaxys20 1 year later and now they have screwed up the 5 extra hours access on the app. Literally the worst functionality and the updates just make it worse..... FYI still randomly crashes... also to fido. I don't use Facebook or Twitter so just fix it already and don't waste my time and yours about social media

Turn off the stupid "click on images with fire hydrants". I do and it takes me back to the login screen. Done this over 10 times. Many of the images are blurry. I cannot tell if there's a bicycle in the square containing a picture of a road that is two miles away. I have also tried the audio option and typed exactly what was played. No go. Turn off these features. Add a fingerprint login or 2 factor authentication using an authentication app. This is just dumb and frustrating.

I've never had any issues with this.. pretty straight forward I do not understand these negative comments... the options are on bottom of screen to check your bill, data usage, promos etc.. very simple to use.

Full of bugs and crashes often. It's slow and it calls itself "my account" when installed.... Fido, that is literally what every account I have could be called. Many actions want to take you out of the app and to their website. ...so why have the app? For a tech company, they really dropped the ball.

Real-time display of data usage, perks as another reason to use this app ... I just wish I could set more frequent notifications and settings (e.g. dismiss buttons) for each perk! Interface starts feeling "clunky" if you want to use the contests every day, as there is so much tapping and scrolling just to enter each contest!

Technical errors while trying to pay your bill is common. Speaking to a live agent via their chat option is a joke. The chat itself is full of technical issues and it will exit the chat for you randomly.
