It looked like a great idea. I got my hopes up. I jumped on ever post. At first, a lot came in. I never got one assignment. At first I could reach someone to talk about job or about a problem submitting for one but they made it impossible to get one and gradually stopped pretending to try to or even care. They have been for this for a very long time. It doesn't take a rock sign to find out that connecting people and jobs is NOT what the are in business to do. Five more words. Why not?
I have been trying to use reach the Customer Support die to an issue with a funds transfer and they do not respond. The system sends automatically an email telling you they will reply you in a 24-48 hour frame and they don't and the same system sends another email saying your ticket has been closed and solved when it has not even been attended. So far it seems to be an scam and we will legally proceed eventually if we don't get our case solved.
Broken! Tried on an S8, reset the phone still not working. Now on a Note9, still the same. Tutorial screens, missing bits at the bottom of the screen, and no way forward; like everyone else.
Used to use this app and it worked. Downloaded recently to my new phone and it bypasses the logon and goes to a screen with FE logo and spins forever. Totally not worth the time to mess with it. Other apps out there that are way better.
Certainly not as intuitive as FN, and, a BIG negative, is that there's no "blended rate" counter-offer function. $50/hr, might be ok, but, if the job only takes 45 min, it ain't worth my time. Techs need to be able to set a guaranteed minimum.
cool idea, but this platform is an absolute joke. if you are into wasting valuable time during the day this app is for you. i. am a telco vet of 15+ years, applied to over 30 jobs on the marketplace, never heard a response from any company. they just close and relist the job. i wouldnt recommend anyone who considers themselves a professional to waste their time with this.
The app's currently not working, after you login its goes to a white screen. Tried it on several devices no joy. but otherwise not bad app.
Terrible. Everytime I try and view jobs I've posted it keeps referring me to a desktop. What's the point in having a mobile app when I have to use a laptop. Same goes for using a mobile browser such as Chrome. Please sort it out.
I just downloaded the app, put in my email and password, can't include my address, skills and experience because it's won't work. Very poorly designed
This is a Scam!! the recruiter hung up on me when asked whats the difference between a 1099 and W2 tax form and she hung up on me. By law, you must sign a tax form before starting work. They do not even have a company's phone number or address.
It just doesn't work. There aren't many jobs and the app is a joke. It did work last year. I made some good money but it seems to have been broken in the lasted update/redesign.
Difficult to use Unable to back out of a screen If the app 'hangs' in a screen, no way to back out Had to reboot the phone to exit the app In short, the app is unusable and will be uninstalled
Hopeless app. Can't change my address. Can't change my number. Contact support, ticket gets closed or doesn't answer my question. Waste of time, just avoid.
Works okay, first screen is like a phone call. Was confused so i restarted the app and then made my account.(philippines is not supported at the moment)
I have used Field Engineer for multiple assignments without issue and they release updates on a fairly regular basis. Buyers have been great as well!
6 Months has been gone to till the date and i not get any kind of call and site but FE is continuously sending me mail "please dont uninstall the application" Wrost application it is the only west of time and data
Avoid this app at all costs
It's doesn't move forward after sign up need lots of fixes. Hopefully development will look into these issues soon

I installed this only to unsubscribe the spam they are sending. Their support is not helpful. Better stay away.

Sorry, but app doesn't work. Don't show up any bottom buttons with Market, Payment etc...
When I piut my address as Pakistan its saying onboarding, and doesn't work. So far this app is useless for me.
The app is great but I couldn't add expensive costs in it when I checked out and still couldn't get feedback from customer support. I have been waiting for almost two days but no response at all
