Anyone who says this is a good app has never actually used it. Its temperamental garbage the company we sub for makes us use...dont use this if you can help it.
sometimes when upload a picture appear syncronisinc error. then I have to unistall and install again.
Very powerful business application with strong offline capabilities. Requires customisation to reach its full potential.

Worst app in my life
Our company deployed this app over a year ago and its been nothing but trouble! Our field staff HATES it! The offline mode isn't really offline and it doesn't properly sync to any changes made to the records in online mode. It insists on syncing upon open, even though we have it set to manual sync. And, without wifi, that sync takes forever, and you can't even look at your booking until it finishes. Worst app I've ever deployed.
Gets worse and worse. Why is this app even there on the store. Google should have a policy of removing apps that don't meet the basic user needs

Very slow to sync, I just want to see information when on site, if you have 2g/edge signal you could be waiting 10 minutes.
Kinda got tired of "this app has stopped working" whenever trying to access a record. Uninstall worked great!

Takes a bit to set up to your Dynamics system, but it is very powerful!
An incredibly full-featured and stable app that supports all aspects of field service in a very user-friendly way. Note that it requires proper configuration, which I'm sure is why some are struggling to use it. I have used it almost daily for several months with no issues, which is pretty remarkable in this space. My favorite things about the tool is the amazing level of no-code configurability, as well as the robust offline capability.
Fully functional, works offline, lots of option, but unfortunately, can't seem to open a work order when using a Dynamics CRM trial account. Since this is a key feature, it is a pity that this cannot be demo'ed.
Always have sync errors. I cant find the customer signature area. This app is unstable. Demo videos shows different working app while releasing a non-working one. This app canmot be used for demo.
Thus needs an update to work with dynamics 365. Constant sync errors

Worst app I have ever used. Takes a long time to load, can't work in offline mode, is always lagging. Hard to understand and use. I would be happy to discuss issues to try and improve the app as I use it everyday for work.
