Difficult to use, Pertinent information is hard to find and not readily visible on the dashboard such as phone numbers or whether or not it is a measure or a install. The other app as bad as it was was 10 times better than this. This roll out was in no way ready and probably 6 months behind on development when it was given to us

No function. It literally will not open. It asks for permissions, and force closes. Restarted my device, still won't open. It isn't an app. It's a login credential checker. You have no system, and I'm supposed to rely on this for income? I'd consider it a fluke, but my whole office has tried for 2 days, and it's a persistent experience across multiple operating systems.

This app is absolutely horrible. No notifications. Constantly loses sync. This should have never been released. The previous all was a thousand times better. I really hope they fix the issues because it makes our jobs very difficult.

New App that we are supposed to be using with no training. Not user friendly won't allow me to finish tasks or take me to the next step. Tech support takes hours to get ahold of so any issues I have, can't get help.

It's good. it needs more functionality in the notes portion. such as pictures or video saved straight into the notes field. it needs a field for people to see who is scheduled to be on a job on the front of appointments. with the names of the people hyperlinked to phone umber for quick access. certain fields under contacts don't need to be mandatory.

Launching of custom apps from FSL app is not working since the Android 11 update. Probably could be because of new package visibility rules added from Android 11 onwards. Please fix this issue or provide me the alternative to add allowed application name in the FSL application so that it will open other apps with out any issue. It is blocking 1800 business users.

This app is garbage. App development 101, develop contingency for when WiFi is not available. I do a lot of field appointments and sometimes in area's where I am not able to get good reception, if any at all. Tasks that should take 5 minutes take 15-20 min. I don't understand why every step has to connect to the internet. Can't it be set up where specific templates are downloaded ahead of time, templates are filled out, and then when completed, information is then uploaded upon available WiFi

It won't sync because of an error but it won't let you fix the error. Locks up, after you've left your customer.

It's so good to work, but sometimes its getting some internal issue to generate reports. But it's only happening sometimes, otherwise it's so good experience to use this. But i had a doubt like, does this app works on iphone/iOS software? Can i please get an answer for this?

My employer went from using just strictly Salesforce to using both these apps, which is ridiculous given two apps are now doing the work of one. Moreover, I have some sort of bug where completing any work order on my end does not show as being completed to my supervisors. iOS devices can no longer upload multiple pictures simultaneously, and just a number of bugs and redundancies that make the user experience far more frustrating than it needs to be.

This app has been fine on my Pixel for the past few months, but today I don't need coffee this morning because this app has my blood boiling. Constant crashing, I reinstalled, and now I can't even log into my company's server. Severely frustrated. Also, a Google calendar API would be great. The way you have to look at your schedule is atrocious.

Very unintuitive interface. For example after clicking on Service Appointment number you expect to see details of the appointment, but it opens Work Order. This app needs to have a natural flow as it is intended for use by field technicians who are not expected to be tech savvy at all.

I have a lot of trouble getting notifications. About half the time nothing happens but other times it works fine. Myself and my company can't seem to figure out why your app does this. It also makes some other apps act the same. Remove FSL and everything works great.

Horrible, can't even access the login portal. I try to add the connection on my Android phone and keeps telling me the url is invalid and won't allow me to add the connection. If I use the exact same details on an Apple device it works. Unfortunately I'm going to need it on my phone and therefore it's absolutely useless

Crashes regularly. Poor performance when background sync takes place. Limited off line capacity. Data results from flows do not always match outputs from debug tools. Very disappointed with this app after significant investment from the business. Salesforce need to do much better and risk their reputation with such a poor app.

Syncing feature was a bad idea. It takes me 10 minutes just to set my travel start each morning. Unable to make service changes within app. Use to be able to though. Things got to get better....right?

Random crashes. Randomly deletes your stuff. If u mess up entering info it will reset the whole work order line item. Can't see the pictures u have uploaded. Very buggy been using it for about a year now and hate it every time I use it.
