Field Service Mobile

This app is junk. Constantly freezing up when there is good cell / WiFi service. It's an absolute nightmare in the field with little or no cell service. This was not designed for field use at all.

Doesn't work. After the sign in page it just shows a blank screen with a dark banner saying 'Field Service Mobile' at the top of the screen.

Crashes most of the time. Sync all the time even when setting is turned off. Always has error codes that are cryptic to the user so we don't no what the problem is. Always signs me out while using the app. Maybe the makes needs to go into the field with the app to see how it runs. Very poor app would not recommend to anyone

I have problems with the Sharepoint Sync. Gets stuck on 96% and wont move

Too many bugs... kicks you out when it wants... much prefer field viewer

Yes it's buggy, but it works well enough to be used as a daily tool. There are also no better alternatives...

I have used this piece of *$@# for over a year and have had to reinstall it at least once a month due to syncing errors. If given the choice, I would delete it permanently but my employer would naturally quit paying me. Make sure you have the URL of your connecting server handy before uninstalling. Been in the field and done that.

I would rate this app and absolute zero. I hate this app the list of problems for the sap goes on and on. My biggest problem would be I have to delete it and reinstall it every other month or so.

It's awful. It might "work", but syncs after every action and takes forever to do so. If you're 8n charge of IT looking for a field app, don't pick this. We used to use Panasonic tough books that were far more user friendly but wasted on just a field app.

The most inadequate software that I have ever been expected to use. Arcane work process that is anti comprehensive at best. Fails to sync accurately on a consistent basis. Constantly having to un install and re install to get it to work. Takes 5 minutes to accomplish what you should be able to do in 30 seconds. PURE JUNK. Microsoft should be ASHAMED.

Terrible app that constantly crashes and freezes, will pop-up over other apps on its own. Uses way to much battery for what it does. Loses data. Updates only make it worse and worse.

Sync issues everyday atleast 20 time. Poeple on the team needs to spend lots of time on field to understand how difficult to use the UI. Choosing date and time, navigating between tabs. Everything needs new design.

This app is pure garbage. I cannot even finish a single work order without it crashing. Once it crashes I cannot open the app again on my phone. Absolutely useless.

Always some part that doesn't work. Updates seem to break more than they fix. Really frustrating to use. Incredibly slow and cumbersome.

I'm a plumber for a local council contractor and use this app to receive work from our office. The app is beyond slow on even the fastest devices, crashes at least 40 times in a week which is annoying as the office refuse to move from this company. Waste of time, effort and sanity.

Since the latest update the app crashes almost constantly. Horrible to use

Very unstable app. Vague error codes that don't allow the user to understand why its broken, which happens a lot. Settings are for looks as most don't do what you need them to.

It is the worst piece of equipment ever. Unreliable. Slow. Non versatile. Privacy becomes a massive issue.

On the few occasions I need this stupid app it goes through the longest sync I've encountered in a app. It would take less time to fill out paper invoices.

Still has issues syncing. Will sync automatically even though it's set to not to. This causes delays when need to view a WO right away.

When IT administrator found out this was being selected as my companies new work order management system, and he'd have to support it, he quit. That should tell you everything you need to know.

This is one of the worst programs I have ever been forced to utilized on a smartphone constantly crashing losing data sometimes hardly ever works properly.

Constantly crashes and won't allow me to see jobs that are scheduled. This app is really affecting my work schedule

Need alot of fixes Performance issue, sync issue, Pics upload one by one , need. fix to select multiple pics at a time.

I have downloaded it and tried to login in date 11 Nov 2019 ..it is still saying your server needs upgraded application...not sure if there is another upgraded version of this app

Why is there a switch for do not sync when it doesn't work. This app is a waste of time if you have any other option use it.
