App is great, but the latest update got rid of my ability to edit prices or see the total. Please fix. It is really cutting into my day. Again, great app. Never really have problems. After the update, everything changed and now I have to relearn it. Not very nice.
The app was so much more user friendly before the update. To add a new job instead of a simple button as before you now have to open a menu tab. Put money into making the app less buggy not trying to polish it.
In the last few weeks I have had to uninstall and reinstall 3-4 times wasting between 30 minutes to an hour and a half each time. The app glitches and does shiw things properly or doesn't closw jobs properly.
I have a S10 with Samsung new ui3... installed.... recent update is not seeing pics so can't select photos to upload... I have removed and reinstalled app but still no success....please advise or allow me to download prior version I have 1.37.27 reinstalled 1.37.25. now it works.
Issues with app closing or stopping. App freeze and multiple times I have lost edited information on refresh. The app is at the current version.
Great app, just stopped working today on Samsung s8+ after phone auto magically updated to pie 9 g995usqu5dsda vzw. Problem so far with camera and rotation. Had to unlock shield.
This app keeps changing the information that I I'm putting in. This has been going on for 2.5 years and they aren't able to correct the problem.
Horrible. Too many bugs. Many functions do not work. Would give zero stars if possible.

Problems with the application constantly freezing. In process of busy schedule, it is often necessary to close and then reopen to get it to function properly. Have had issues with the wrong job opening or closing. As others have said; "It has potential"
App works great when it works, to many bugs/fixes on a regular basis. Changes are frequent.
Lots of updates but no fixes for on-going bugs and basic issues. Only recently added background sync, which made the app very slow and unresponsive. The latest update has broken the sync completely. I've reinstalled to try and fix but now can't login. Having to use the website instead, also horrible.
Getting buggy and informtion entered was lost, When auto sync. Job stopped but web view still show ongoing.
After linking 2 assets the app crashes. Tasks move around and notes get deleted... can't be more disappointed. Don't use this app
After its last major update, the app became unusable. Reports would delete themselves half way through writing them. Attachments deleting themselves. Jobs that are closed reopening by themselves. And constantly crashing. Customer service is lacking big time as raised these issues 10 days ago and still no response. Will be looking another service provider.
90's software. Basic and customer service is strongly lacking.
Freezes and or crashes all the time if you have anything over 20 tasks to complete.
I use this app everyday. It had issues early, but now I have no issues. I would strongly recommend downloading this app anyday. Fieldaware has been great on the technical side also. Thanks
Customer service is nice. But the app, and service help is terrible. We consistently had random issues, with everything.... We wasted tons of money and time trying this software. I would never recommend. Hopefully they get it together or they will go under eventually. Edit: no I don't intend on contacting you. Thanks but I have spent hours emailing and on the phone. Too many minor issues that should be able to be worked out, but we are told it is not possible.
