Changing my review to 1 star. This app is the worst. I have to wait 5s+ after selecting an appointment for the app to say it's loading. Syncing is super slow now. Please focus on optimising the speed of this app. You should also make a background thread, like a service, that automatically syncs the data even when the application isn't active. Do this two things and I'll be happy.

If I could give this out negative Stars I would. Constantly synces for no absolute reason takes 15 minutes in between work orders to go from accept to on-site or travel. It's a headache if someone calls you it freezes the app and then you have to go through trying to re start from scratch. This app is the worst app I have ever used it's like a two-year-old old made it.

WORST APP EVER Paper invoice would be more productive Terribly frustrating app. It is not thought out. It's like they just made this app as a quick sample to $how it and never actually finished. Excessive unnecessary syncing. Way too much time lost waiting on app to update/sync while trying to complete ANY service call Multiple Daily errors and crashes Useless redundancies NO HISTORY. Have to start over for every jobsite Hard to type info due to typing field is covered up by app window as you type Not one of our many major problems have been addressed No support Almost impossible to find parts in system JUST A WASTE OF TIME

The comments already touch on a lot that this app offers in frustration, so i won't go there. This app feels like a beta in all aspects of the word. It's the classic example of the people implementing it into the feild are not the people using it in the feild. Some of the better time apps out there have at the very least one button pushes set for vital time sheet features making it simple to document multiple items in a single time sheet, like drive time, on-site time and breaks/clock in and out. Not here, get ready for tedious data entry and drop down menus from the 90's. I can't recommend this app.

No words other than "frustrating" and "time consuming" come to mind. There isn't enough space here to go into detail about my experience with this app over 1 month, except to say I'm glad I don't rely on it for anything.
