The app has a way to go and improve, a few glitches which makes it annoying sometimes. Adding a favorites section for materials used to make selections quicker, so you can use it for any job or client.
Cannot print a service report without internet! I specifically asked Beau about this as I service customers in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains where there is no cell service. It is impossible to email so printing out a report is the only option. Wasted my time setting this up and entering the materials data.
I've been using this app for over a year and it's fantastic! This is the 4th app I've tried and by far this is the best one it there for your small business.
you all need to come out with a fix for this latest update. The app is completely unusable.

I have used this program for just about a year now. I have saved so much time and reduced lots of paperwork by switching to this program. Monthly ag reports are simple and ready at the touch of a button. Daily services are saved and can be batch printed all at once, day by day, or month to month. This is THE BEST PROGRAM I have found. Others say they are the best, but offer no sample/test period. You are automatucally locked into terms. Not here. Try it free for 2 weeks. Full program. No demo version,

Have been using it for 20 minutes and I love it. A lot better than the other setup we were using. I strongly recommend it.
Easy to use but buggy. After selecting capture signature it will make me wait up to 2 minutes before it will allow anyone to sign, I have to remember to get it going ahead of time or awkwardly make the customer wait. Above cancel button on the capture signature screen it will change from "Signature" to "Customer Signature" and then you can sign but it sometimes takes forever or it wont work at all. Needs to be fixed stat so I dont have customers disputing charges.
