The original version of this program was good. Now every update seems to add new problems. It is slow, unstable, prone to losing data, and the offline mode needs to be sorted out or dumped. Please stop your programmers from trying to improve this app, or get new programmers. Roll the app back to the original stable version please.

shame you can't do negative ratings No contacts for support when having simple problems disappointing can an acct be reset? Why can't I add renewed tickets? Why can't I update my profile important aspects for an app like this but once you have tried the basic fixes, turn off on uninstall reinstall ect. Who do you turn to? There are no contact us options unless I'm blind but when having problems with an app and after trying everything a basic tech support agent would do who do you turn to?

Every update things go wrong now I can't fill out a form without it crashing, we need a system that's stable like it was when we first got it.

Unreliable and annoying. Needs to be able to duplicate timesheets over multiple days instead of having to fill one in from scratch every day. Clients get frustrated having to sign a timesheet everyday especially when you're on a long term project and every day is the same. The grey box you get them to sign only works about half the time

Does not carry over information to the next day, have to enter ever detail every day, day after day after day after day... add timesheet button in the wrong spot, gets hit inadvertently. Unable to edit timesheet if you have made an error once submitted. This is our time book. It may be good on the office end, but you guys need to make it field friendly. Most people are on the same site for extended periods. Carry over details to the new timesheet, hit submit if nothing has changed.

App freezes and very slow to scroll up and down. Unable to get the signature pad. I'm forced to use my old invoice books. This product is poor!

I have sent multiple messages regarding the app forcing close since the last update every time I try to upload images! To no avail. Please fix the bugs.

Laggyest, most piece of garbage I've used, literally an app just for forms and it can't be used without crashing atleast 3 times, or freezing so often it won't load, i have an s9+ and my work colleague has an s10+ and it won't work properly on either

This app used to be good until it recently updated. It keeps lagging and freezing and now when i need to lodge my time sheet it just keeps loading when i press the add button. Please fix this issue asap!!

Since the 2nd October update, Fieldworker has become slow and unresponsive. I've reinstalled with little to no effect.

good makings of an app, needs abit of work just so it's abit more reliable, would like to see a spreadsheet of overall hours and somewhere to log our kilometers down whilst we do our time sheets.

Brilliant service from assignar team. Working with app is so beneficial, saves time and all work in within one system. Now paperless

This is not helpful out of signal area , where I do most of my work. Glitchy as hell and now won't load . Just another app that promises great things and gives you half baked tools .

Extremely difficult to get around and the app icon don't appear on phone. Always have to go back to Google apps to sign in.

Cant put down all days on availability tab. When I change days and log out the days are not saved but revert to original very frustrating

No happy, im using a samsung s10e and cant use the forms section on the app, keeps saying session timed out!!!

I like the new update where you can see each day of the week to see if I have a job.Great addition to the app

Never saves the info, even if the "remember" box is ticked. SMFH!! Version is 5.19.0 Samsung S20 Ultra

I am now working for another company using this app , how do I put in the company details. I tried uninstall then re installed but still comes up with original company details. Help.

It keeps going into off-line and won't change back to online mode

updated this app, and now it won't load. comes up as just a blank screen

The get directions doesn't work on Samsung tablet but did before the new updates 😑
