Fiestable

All custom lighting and DJ effects are manual: you have to press and hold on your phone screen to make the lights flash, and when you release, the lights stop flashing. I shouldn't have to press and hold; I should be able to turn on my custom flash and let go. It also is not possible to set the exact tempo of the flash. The app would be more useful if I could set the lights to flash at, for example, 90 bpm. Another useful but missing feature would be for the lights to flash in sync with the music; for example, the louder the music, the brighter the lights. Sony should provide an API to control the lights so that third-party developers can build custom programs for Sony speakers.

Works mostly on "high end" Bluetooth Sony speakers and Shake audio systems just fine. Don't expect much from it, just adds a few lil perks but nothing a professional would use. This is more for amusement than anything else. Still figuring out the way it keeps score of your usage and how to get points! Lol silly app!

I have had the Sony Music Center app for a while but I thought I'd try to download this to try some of the cool DJ effects. But sadly the Sony Music Center app doesnt seem to be able to recognize this app. When I launch the Sony app this one doesn't show up, and it doesn't even show up when I search through the apps to add. My Sony GTK XB72 should work with this app... RIDICULOUS!

Can no longer use lights due to update. UTTER BS!!! I chose this Sony speaker so I could use the lights. It used to connect and work fine. Then they updated the app so it only connects to newer models. My lights are now useless. I cannot turn them on at all!! Waste of money. NOT HAPPY

it's ok but how do you turn the led light off??? nobody wants lights flashing 24/7.. it would be a very nice feature to have the option to turn off the white lights !!! or over all more control over all the lights...

very annoying. it worked for a year. I updated it and then my device was removed. shame on you guys. this is false advertising for anyone who buys this stuff and it says this app support the device. you better hope no one comes after you for false advertising. absolutely ridiculous.

Lag in DJ controls, lighting controls are exhausting, don't remember the third option... must have been something lame. This was a $250 speaker when I bought it, amd I love my Sony sound products, but the features and softwares are kind of garbage.

Couldn't use because srs xb32 isnt compatible even though on the box it came in, it says to download fiestable. You guys need to get your software together before getting our hopes up. You may think for some reason apps dont affect your reputation but when you promise something and don't deliver then you know. It's easier to hate than love, especially nowadays with all the competition.

It would be totally cool if you guys made it,so that you could drag the dial to the center and let the strobe light blink in sync with the music without having to hold your finger on it.

This app would not install on Galaxy S7 Edge. Well maybe it did install but there was no icon to open it, nor was there an open button in the Play Store on that app, just an uninstall option. I know my phone is a little old but come on now...

This app as others have said does NOT work. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+, i down load the Fiestable app & it produces no icon on the home screen & when i goto the my library where my apps are to start the Fiestable it directs me to the google play store to only uninstall the app. What kind of app is this? I can't use this to work with my new Sony SRS-XB41 Bluetooth Wireless Speaker. I dont get it. It makes the app rendered useless. When it will work i will give the app more then a one star.Delete

It doesn't work with my s8 plus and I can't change the lights on my sony srs xb 41... 😞 Update 2 minutes later: nevermind it is a plugin for sony music center and it works great!

This app is abdolutley useless, downloaded it about ten times, but it doesnt show up on screen as an icon, instructions very poor, absolutley hate it already, why is sony entertaining this app, i have No idea. i am starting to regret the purchase of this speaker now, i will take it back, as the selling points are not being delivered on, because of this pathetic app.

It runs in liu with the Sony music centre app. Fiestable is on the list so you can control lights etc on the Sony shake for example .its not a standalone app

Sony`s apps software are really bad and not user friendly. I have 2 xb43 and can't use Firestarter, also it is very difficult to pair. Firestarter it is made to work in a party.

Hey I just downloaded the app for my MHC-V41D this app was working perfectly for a month, I suddenly opened it one day and it just shows a blank screen. Come on plz fix this I invested 30,000 rupees on your device and I don't expect this from you. This happened on a Moto G5 S plus device. Plz fix this ASAP.

As usual another rubbish app. Wastes time downloading from within an app to say device not compatable. Does not work on V90DW. I actually hate Sony and will never buy another product from them due to the awful in app purchases on a camera when it's free on all other brands. Psn I'd to download an app for a speaker. Idiots

everyone saying the app doesn't work isn't using it right!!! you have to download fiestable and the sony music center app open the sony music app and that's where fiestable will be!!!! I have the srs xb41 and I love it!

Since update I can no longer use my lights on my xb33. Speaker wasn't cheap and now utter joke that it's lights are unusable.

party lights should automatically sync to the beat of music. create and save light patterns.

When open app it only emits light on screen when connected to SRS-XB31 speakers on stereo or dual mode and Fiestable app functions don't show up in Sony music center to access any Fiestable features on S8 plus

Great, but would be amazing if you could change colours on both sides independently. Like on the 31, 41.

Downloaded the app on my phone but it doesn't show up, so downloaded to my tablet and still not there. Just has 'remove app' button, so chose that on both devices.

It doesn't work on LG V20. Just gets installed, but wont open. It gives me option to uninstall, as stated in other reviews. Dont know why sonys app developers are not even bothered of these kind of major flaws in the app. Pathetic app developement team...
