Program Focuses on Following Stand Up Zones

Clinching: The clinching or trapping area is the same as the punching distance, except that one or both combatants grapple, and at the same time stop the other from moving into a great distant contact area or into the comfort area by using a clinch hold. This zone uses a multitude of both striking and grappling techniques.

Kicking Distance: Most distant unarmed fighting position in which consistent contact can be made with the opponent. App uses far-reaching quick kicks to the legs, body or head of the opponent to help you learn how to operate in this area.

Punching Distance: This is where punches can be thrown, from the furthest jab to the closest hook, as long as no grappling going on. In addition with punching, this length often also allows for elbows and knees.

Comfort Zone: Non-combat distance from which it is not possible to kick the opponent without closing the distance considerably. The combatant might carefully close in on the opponent to engage with strikes. Program helps you learn moves to work your way in from this position to be able to strike.
