Simple, straightforward with suggestions You may have missed in so far as deductions are concerned. Definitely much faster, cheaper and easier than paying someone to get it done for You.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Extremely glitchy and difficult this year. I've used this app in previous years and has no problem. This year it lets me sign in one minute and not the next, when I did get signed in it would not auto fill. I put everything in manually and then it would not send in my return. So not happy!!! Now I can't get in to delete my info so I pray no one that shouldn't doesn't get it. I've uninstalled the app so hopefully that takes care of deleting my info.
Great app, so easy to navigate, only $11 to send if you make over 20K in a year. Can use express auto fill if you're an amateur at doing taxes as well. Got my return in about 2 weeks after doing my return. I'm definitely going to use it again next year.
I tried four different sites, but this was the best. So easy to use, very, very fast with support, confirmation number gives you assurance you have finished your taxes. You will love it too. Would recommend to beginner to expert. ❣️❣️
Frustrating. STILL getting the error 26 message even after selecting the auto fill from the menu again as instructed. Won't let me Netfile because I have to put my dependants net income.... in a tab that doesn't exist in the app. Seriously. I have searched every goddamn tab for the line to put their net income ($0) and I cannot find it. Complete waste of time.
App didn't work at all. No matter what I picked in the side menu, the main page stayed completely blank! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
took me about 15 minutes to file my taxes this year, (and without my accountant taking his 90% cut), 10 days later i got my refund. my taxes are easy though as I'm on disability and retired and about 4 tax credits, but as long as you don't have 50 credits and different sources of income (for which i suggest you go to a professional, (support a local one, not those big box corporations), otherwise this app is easy to use, with little popups suggesting things that you might have misse. 5*
Had to fill out a certain line number all I had was that and could not find that number in the app I had to email support JUST to get help to look up a line number. it took seven emails for support to tell me "Our app is designed to hide the complexity of tax line numbers. I can answer the line numbers for you. There is no plan to add that information in the app. I have already answered about line # for now. Let me know if you want to know about any other line numbers."
Best Ever App. I used it last year and it was so fast and easy; decided to use it again this year. My return was processed in less than two weeks and I already have my refund. Anyone that hasn't tried it yet ... should! I am 100% satisfied ... two👍👍up
This app appears to delete data entered when switching from portrait to landscape mode!! I thought I wasted 20 minutes because of a very stupid bug. Frustrating.
It's very straight forward. Very easy to use. Everything needed to be answered and calculated and shown information to review before submitting. It's a great app very useful and well presented
If you have even the littlest knowledge of taxes and deductions there is no better app. I look forward to using it every year. It really is fast and easy. I think I got my returns in a week this year. It even gives you recommendations to save more

Excellent. It took a short while to get all the information entered, and the app reminded me of a deduction I'd missed. Received my refund after 2 weeks.
I've used this softwares for sometime now. It's like every tax season I forget how to prepare things. Thank goodness for such an intuitive app. I tend to forget things quite often since my TBI years ago. Issues would be it tends to not save well. But it works.
Exceptional. It never let's you submit until all possible deductions and credits are applied.
It tells you it's possible to file for pervous years but I have tried through all there options and there is no way to file my 2018 taxes and they say it's free as long as you make less then 20,000$ a year well that's B'S cause they ask me for 10.99 even though I pick the file for free option.
Lacking, Auto Fill doesnt work, some boxes missing. confusing interface, told me I had alot of errors in my file and didnt give clear direction how to complete. nowhere to put my daycare costs and what not. I'll go file it myself.
Not sure if it even went through? I figured it would auto send after I paid them and they took my money. But apparently not. It can at least tell me there was another step!
I used it for filing my 2020 tax return and I was very sastified with the way this appnis designed for phone screen. Other tax filibg programms on the internet are not designed for phone screen. 10 out of 10 (100% score).
When I reach the part to enter income, nothing works. There is no response to the touch from my finger. I tried the other tabs; nothing works. Shop around.
I like this App, i will use it everytime i file a tax, only if they improve the Quality and improve the app. I like the way it suggests that you can qualify for this and that. Overall it a great app, i recommend people useing this app rather than waisting money on anything els.
I have some mental health disabilities and loved .. absolutely loved it..it's straight forward and easy..I was so happy to have an tax app that didn't take me long to complete it.. please try it I am sure that you will love it as well..
i used this app for filling 2017 , 2018 . i was new in conutry. but stil it gave me best features to know everything. it was best value too, much cheaper than a CA. i would encourage people to use it as we all save a lot .
was fairly easy, but still a little confusing in parts. would be better if there is somebody to contact for assistance 24/7/365.
It wasn't very explanatory and when I went to push finish it wouldn't let me go back to correct because i couldn't choose Yes or no had to select yes.they say free under 20,000 yet they asks for 10.99
really like this app, its great for low income people and those with disabilities, it enables you to file quickly, at home and for free. i have been using if for several years now and have never had a problem, the only reason i give it 4 not 5 stars is that it could be a little more user friendly and have a link next to each option that gives a detailed explanation, because while it is very easy to use and fast, it is also very easy to mess up your return if you dont know what your doing.
