i searched for files, then after the results come out, when i want to check a file (tap and hold) it always says "you were in a search mode, try again", then the search result disappeared and i have to do the search again, neverending loop. Edit : can't you understand? I didn't want to open "a file", i wanted to check "multiple files" an then just delete them, yeah that simple, but before i could check multiple files, that pop-up appears just after i barely tap-and-hold a single file.

Really powerful app with a ton of features! Puts other file explorers to shame. I actually wanted an app with a decent SMB implementation that would allow me to connect to, browse and transfer files between my pc and phone and this app simply nailed it!
I've been testing a lot of apps to manage my files and folders, I am really fond of this application. Even allows me to access my computer on the network, as well as establishing an FTP server. Adding the dark theme is very very clean.
I really like this app’s User interface. Easy to use and I got all the features that I wanted with a File manager app. Also I got FTP transfer and SMB file transfer feature also.
I always used this app to access all my Document files. This app directly shows all my documents from various folders of my android phone. Also I like its FTP feature, It is so easy to use and with perfect User Interface.
Very useful and functional. I use this on my phone and tablet every day. It is stable and rock solid, while performing all of the file maintenance I really need.
Not nearly as good as the real OG ES file explorer. Very obtrusive ads, not nearly feature rich or functional enough to justify the $10 to get rid of ads.
I'd love to find an explorer app to manage files on my android. I feel that ES explorer is a good and easy to use app for managing files including files in the network..
I tried many file manager apps from Google Play store but this File Manager is so perfect that I would recommend this app to all my friends and family members. Now it is so easy for me to use the SMB feature just because of this File explorer and File manager app.
Amazing file managing app. I can sort out music files much better and it saved me hours. Definitely was the exact thing I needed.
An actually working SMB client? I've gone through a bunch of smb client apps on the play store. All I needed was one client that was compatible with my old android 4.4 device. Thank you for existing, RSFile. You are literally the only 4.4 compatible client that works.
Very straightforward The app itself is wonderfully easy to use and understand. Does anything you could want with your files. The privacy policy was a bit tricky to understand, in the sense that I can't tell if the password I use to access my computers files will be visible to anyone ESx or third party. On another note there doesn't seem to be a way to restore the premium version I got a long time ago. Couldn't find the payment receipt (5yo), but that clarification is worth 5 stars on it's own.
First impressions upon installation are good. Move files from phone to SD card easily and compress files well. Easy to navigate.

I used a lot of apps from Google Play store but this File Manager and File Explorer app is such a nice app that I will use this app from now on and I really like the feature that it allows me to directly access my Google Drive.
Wow Such a nice app, I was finding an app like this to use SMB and FTP features and this app provides me both of these features with a lot of other features like to access Google Drive Directly.
The amount of Ads that play while your trying to use this app is enough to make me call this entire team a bunch of greedy idiots who did nothing more then steal the original ES file manager and flood it with ads. DONT INSTALL THIS GARBAGE

Perfect application for managing files with amazing features and I am really satisfied with this unique application interface.
The latest update fixed the original issue - that nothing was visible until the settings were accessed. Unfortunately, the app is now requesting access permissions, which whilst good, doesn't help because it now appears it isn't saving that permission anywhere. This I can see all files, without having to access the Settings, but can do nothing at all with those files. I've already uninstall and reinstalled the app with no change to this behaviour.
