File Manager -- Take Command of Your Files Easily

I had been pleased with the way this app functioned, it was simple and elegant, as expected of a file app. However, the latest update is hectic, ad filled and unnecessary. this app is essential to any phone, and should be considered as much a part of the phone as Finder is to an Apple computer. The ability to give feedback within the app is also playing up. Which is an essential part of any app. I will be deleting this app as soon as I can find a suitable replacement.

Serves its intended purpose: decent file managing. However the ads are shoved down your throat, abusing notifications to show undesired popups. The app creates shortcuts to options nobody asked for (nor wanted) when opened, and notifications cannot be blocked. I have to force close the app after each use. To top it off, installing the shortcuts extend the loading time of the app... Revert this horrible update, ads should be shown exclusively in-app, not in my sidebar.

This app was very good until the last update. Now it *automatically turns on* its notification bar fixed notification (you can't get rid of it unless you access the app and deactivate it manually, again), a lot of in-app ads, and another notification that there's no way to get rid of unless you force the app to stop through your phone settings. This app used to be so good, now I'm uninstalling this trash. Would rate lower if I could.

The recent update of this app has now infected millions of phones with adware, pop ups, and more because it's part of the manufacturer of the phone you can't uninstall it you can't disable it it automatically turns on permissions. This needs to be taken off the app market and the phone completely.

This recent update has made the app invasive on your privacy, excessive with ads, and when trying to go back to main screen after removing junk files it does not permit it. Disable this app if you're smart and tell them to bring back the original format that did its job without ads without and not trying to get you to buy other apps to add in unnecessarily.

Every time a notification shows up. It makes my phone lag and says my phone has no storage left which is a complete lie. It worked just fine untill this new version. I've tried to uninstall it, force stop, and everything else but it always comes back.

Suddenly the app is filled with ads and unblockable notifications about random trash that show up every 10 minutes. It seems the developers have given in to easy ad revenue or something. Even offline it still pops up. Went from good to abysmal in one go. 0/10

I don't like this new update it barely functions, it takes way too long to load and it sends unnecessary notifications as well. I even uninstalled it because I didn't really have a use for it and it came back🙄. It is more of an head ache than a help, needs more adjustments

What did you do??? I used to love this app. Now it gets on my last nerve. This update is the worst! It comes on automatically, every time I open my phone, its telling me, my memory is full, or i need to boost, which then I would have to download another app. Never mind, I am done with you guys. Really wish you went back to old way, or change it from all this mess! I'm out!!!!

After more than two years of nothing, this app has suddenly decided to completely hijack my phone, throwing continuous adverts at me, saying I have "too many system garbage", and trying to get me to delete stuff that doesn't exist.

Google stop putting stuff on my phone I didn't ask for nor do I want! Uninstalled updates since I can't remove completely then you updated it anyway. It is sending notifications and interfering with my ui and notices and sound. Just stop putting stuff on my phone!

Absolutely rubbish allows all kinds of games and adverts to pop up on my phone. Constantly delete it only for it to reinstall automatically. It seems this is an alcatel phone related issue so I will not be buying an alcatel phone again until they stop the bombardment.

Super bad App... Ads everywhere, poor performance, and it waste a lot of battery, damn, I use to lose my entire charge just in 2 hours, I uninstalled it and problem fixed... Please, everyone should have to uninstall it, is the worst cleaning app

Constant adds, from notifs to the usual dotted around the app. The update is appaling and outright intrusive to the experience and the notifs. The added "play store" is idiotic just like the adds. It has no place in a dam file manager!?

Hate having ads keep popping up!! So much that I uninstalled the app and went back to the old version. The trouble kept taking battery power and making my phone stall way too much for my taste.

My previous phone was an Alcatel phone. My current phone is still an Alcatel phone; But after I discovered this bloatware that I cannot even uninstall, my next phone will not be an Alcatel. I have unisntall the update , and avoid this update. I dont understand why Alcatel is dammaging its reputation so much. I have thumbed up so many 1 star comment for the Alcatel team can wake up !!! How come they have 4.7 stars in average with so many 1 star !

This app started to put it's own notification bar which is ugly, it doesn't follow the theme and it's functionality is useless and not suited for a notification bar. This looks like it was done by a rank amateur who should take up a different profession entirely. I cannot uninstall the app, I cannot remove the notification bar, it ignores disabled state, and I cannot control whether it updates or not. It is giving me good motivation to switch back to the iPhone. I never used this app as there are far superior ones on the play store.
