I woke up one day and realized that most of my photos had randomly gone missing on my phone. I have tried literally all of the advice I could find online and then stumbled across this app. Unfortunately, this app only recovered gif photos/videos that are from my messaging app and the photos/videos that still remain on my phone, but none of the missing files were recovered.
This app is the only one working in all 3 apps I tried. This is amazing. I really have a faulty SD card that all the files stored there always gone missing and if I reboot my phone it will be in the LOST.DIR folder but thanks to this app I recovered it all! I'm so happy to this app I threw my SD card in the trash can. As you can see I only rated 4 stars 'cuz I have one question, can it recover my .nds file? It's pretty big and I don't wanna wait to test it if the results will be only a fail.
Difficult to use. First it scans, then tries to show thumbnails for each file - which takes AGES, then IF you even manage to find your file (the thumbnail), you may be able to recover it. There is no title search or sorting or anything to help you find your file - you need to wait all the thumnails to appear (if they actually do)... I wasn't able to find a video I just deleted!
Amazing. Works perfectly fine. If you forgot your password for the screen and you tried everything, but still you didn't mange to restore your phone you to do "Factory reset" which will erase everything.
I looked and downloaded 20 apps before stumbling across this one. It ACTUALLY works and there is no fee, its complete free! I lost hundreds of photos to my SD card and this app help me get them back. Note: My only problem was the fact that there's no "select all button" but other then that, its really good👍🏿 (Also I never saw a single "Ad" while using the app)😄
It says it shows you deleted and existing files, but that's not helpful in deciding what to undelete. Also you have to select them individually, when there are 1300 files in a folder that will take ages and most will not have been deleted anyway, this just wastes time. Also there are no sorting or search tools to help you identify the files you need. Almost pointless.
It shows a lot if photos (maybe all that I might have had and removed) but it does not show the ones that i removed with cut from phone to computer and got somehow corrupted 🙈 file size for each from 615 kb went to 23 Mb more or less. So these ones it does not show up...
Does better than most of the apps and the videos restored ACTUALLY remain as videos and not images. Even the Gifs still function. However, I accidentally deleted a folder of 630+ pictures. Ive only been able to recover 115 from a prior recovery app and then this app helped me find some videos so im probably at 130. But, its disappointing not a single app has been able to recover the other 500+ pictures. Years worth.
This app is recommended, its recovered all my videos and photos in not time, and I was able to restored all of them with just a single click, but I had to put up some work by clicking one by one. And it was more than a thousand pictures and videos. What a great valuable tool. Thank you.
Thank you for recovering my files! I have done a filesystem expirement that deleted all my files (i was running the expirement in a safe sandbox environment, but it spreaded to my phone. Thanks for getting my files back! Also, i have never seen an app like this before, because my files was permanently deleted, but the cache is still there. The app did another technique that i have never seen before. The UI is so clean, yet an Android 5.0 design.
I accidentally deleted a video when I tried to resize it to fit into a text message. File Recovery worked flawlessly to recover it! It is extremely easy to use! The only improvement I could suggest would be an option to NOT show files that currently exist on my device and are not in the Deleted Space.
Not perfect by any means, but still got the job done when most others couldn't. Also there wasn't an ad every 10 seconds. NOTE: Restored images will be given a .jpg extension when they're in fact other file types like pngs or gifs, you'll have to change the extensions for those files manually.
It works. It's user friendly, fast. Easier to pick files out than other recovery apps I've tried. Removed 1 star because it still could not recover the 1 file i was after: a video taken from my phn on an android samsung 7 edge. I suspect it has more to do with this phn than this app as to why i can't recover it.
Life saver!!! Thank you so much! Seriously. I bought a cheap SD card and transfered pictures and it was fine. So I transfered my priceless photos of my puppy and the got corrupted I tried everything to get them back. As a last ditch effort I tried this app and found them! The only thing is it recovered to many photos lol! Not a bad thing except I have to sort through 20,000 photos! But I would much rather do that then not have my precious photos!
I wish there was a zero star option. I wasted my time on this and all it did was fill my phone with my current wallpaper and tidbits of ads as if I would want to recover ads. None of my lost files showed up. BUNCH OF BS.
The last straw with these apps. Just like 100% of these recover apps it just doesn't work. I've downloaded & tried 5 of them so far & all are the same-useless. It does exactly what every other recover app does on here-nothing. Doesn't find recently deleted videos or pictures. There's no justified reason to download any of these apps at all. Best to look elsewhere as your lost files are lost for good with these useless apps. Thoroughly dissapointed and dissatisfied. Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone.
I accidentally deleted many files and wanted them back and found this. This app looked suspicious at first to me. Turns out it works well and I can recover everything! Only downside is ads and finding what was deleted and that will take time but this is still an amazing free app I reccomend to anyone who made a similar mistake!
I tried many times to recover my files and nothing seemed to be working. With this app, it worked. Unfortunately, I was able to recover only the pictures as the music wasn't even found through the scan. Still good enough for me. 😀
AWESOME!!! This App is the most solid App to recover your mistakenly deleted files like photos, videos,audio, documents and so on.. All you need to do is just to hire PROHACKERSERVICES@GMAIL.. com. And all your missing files would be recovered in seconds!!!
This is a simple to use app that will help you to restore any accidentally deleted files. The only thing I don't like is you have to select each one individually, that's a real problem when you accidentally deleted 6,000 audio files.
Excellent had to reset my phone thought I lost everything .. samsung saved a few things but this app recovered the rest ... only request is that u add a "select all " option so that we don't have to check each and every file when u have a ton of files.. thabkbyou very much
I lost some important video files while trying to rename and save. It was devastating. I tried this app and I am overjoyed that it restored them all.
The app doesn't work properly ,it searches the files which are not actually deleted from my device.Secondly,the app says the file is restored,but,in the device file manger,the file is not present.
As of now this is the best free recovery app that I have found. The one thing I do like aboutthe most I think is the fact that it is actually free. They didn't wait till after they scanned all my pictures and videos the surprise me with a charge they gave me back what was already mine and didn't charge me for it.
Looks like a working app, but it isn't. If I start it, it scans several minutes my files and then shows me my files up. All the existing ones. A small test: I ve just deleted a photo and started it right after then: nothing happens, the photo doesn't shows up as recoverable. Useless. Only internal memory tested, for the sd card there are several working methods on pc.
