First things first, y'all who are telling the dev to "fix" the android/data folder, or any other bugs related to viewing/copying/pasting/etc. files/folders, clearly didn't read the description. This app is ONLY a shortcut to the system files app. Nothing more, nothing less. On another note, this app does exactly what it says it will do.

Seriously I can't believe it took a 3rd party app to do something that ChromeOS could have EASILY done on its own...I had to delete some read-only image files and I couldn't delete them normally until I saw a random youtube video that listed this app when that person had the same problem, I tried it out earlier, and to my shock it worked! It's pinned to my taskbar for future use, but Google, you've got to step up your game...thanks to the makers of this app! You saved me from a big headache!

Very good utility. Fed up with Google files and started using this. Easy to view, create & edit folders and easy to retrieve files. Just wanted to a have shortcut for folders on home screen. Not possible.

Whenever I download something, it goes to files rather than gallery. I don't automatically have the files app for some reason, so I decided to search for it. When I saw this had the exact picture and name as the one my downloads were going to, I tried it. Its the exact one I was seeing! Now I can access my downloads at any time! :D

I cannot even open the app after installing it. I get a message saying "files has stopped" and "ok" to get out of it. I am unable to share among other apps straight from files app, by browsing, or from my photos app... this app isn't doing what is promised would do. Please help, it will be very appreciated. Thank you

Good app, I installed this app since my new tablet cannot access to data files by the default file manager. But for some reason, there are no thumbnails used to find documents or other files easier.

Been using this for years without reviewing, so here it is. This should come preinstalled on all android phones, perfectly simple and efficient, never had a problem. 6 STARS🤩

Malfunctioning.. Using the app for cleaning data/cache of installed applications mainly telegram and whatsapp... Earlier you can search within the cache folder and delete.. Now it shows the result from internal memory but NOT frm that specific folder.. was trying to clear pictures from telegram cache , end up deleting screenshotd from main memory..:(

The app is not working...I use my phone for everything and now I can't even attach anything to my mails. It keeps stopping anytime you want to open it. The most frustrating part is, it has set itself as the default file. You can't delete it or change anything about it. Please do something about it or just find a way to take it off

Good app. You don't have to root your Android phones to have access to specific files - which was the normal thing to do back then. In which, you can't do now in the latest OS build because the Android developers have a brilliant mind that no one can fathom. I can only give a half-star rating to them. Their brilliant minds will surely understand why.

My new phone didnt come with a file viewer other than google files (which is terrible in every way imaginable) and this is simple, intuitive and with no adds/in app purchases/buy the pro version for all features. So i am absolutely thrilled with this app. Thank you devs.

Love the app on how simple and it shows everything, but it doesn't let me move certain files that i need into the data directory for some reason which is quite annoying as i need to import my some data into app folders yet it doesn't allow me to do so

It keeps closing even before it opens. How can this be rectified because I can't access my files or send attachments with mails. It'd be appreciated if a feedback is gotten. Thank you

Doesn't allow you to look Into the android/data/ folders anymore. Like where my browser and Facebook download files to do i can no longer move them to specific other folders like a sd card. Worthless until it's fixed.

No need to install xyz file manager because of it. I love it. and the best part you can also compress file in .zip or open without installing zarchiver or other file manager. But I need zarchiver when I need to open .rar files.

This is a godsend. The built in files app is perfectly adequate nine times out of ten and having to dig through settings to get to it is annoying. Thanks!

Can't complain.... For me this has been the best app for file management. With this particular app, there have been no complications or unnecessary steps to manage and maintain files on my phone. So far, so good!

This app is the best... very simple, it would be Gold if when you copy or move files from one folded to another and don't create duplicates....give an opinion of override, replace, or no action if a copy already exists.
