Very very expensive subscription compared to other apps, and three times what's listed when you Google search, but it seems to have alot of people. You get banned if you try to give alternative contact info, so it's relatively useless unless the price comes down.
App is fine, but now I can't read any of my messages because the site says I have two subscriptions how could this be possible when all information is the same? The site should not have billed me twice or allowed me to have two subscriptions with the same information, and to top it off I can't fix on the Google play app.. so disappointing.
99% scammers!!! Paid one of the highest prices to chat with matches and it's all scammers on here. The app is slow and web-based, glitchy, and dated. I was hoping this would connect me with someone, but it has just been a sad and expensive let down. Could have used that money for so many other things. I would recommend not using this site or subscribing and throwing your money away.
+ The app has a clean UI + It's easy to navigate in the app. + you can manage your subscription within the app. It easy to bith cancel and stop automatically renewal. + Its not to expensive for the offerd fetuers. + The custemer support is friendly & helpful. + Active members. - Sometimes the App sings you out while writing a message. So you have to copy the text before clicking send. - Sometimes the app apears slow. - The menues need a little more work. ~ Thin member profiles.
Its pretty useless for communicating with matches.. You can only browse and check who is interested with you, But you have to pay first before you can communicate or even say hi. Yes I understand it's business, but I'd rather pay on apps for better benifits that I have tried communicating and worked for free like Tinder, Jaumo and Lovely..
I specified 29 yrs or younger but there's another frame beside it wc automatically put in a much older age. THERE'S NO OPTION to delete that automatic 2nd choice based maybe on my age. So i kept getting offered much older women when my choice is really only 29 or below.
I appear to have two subscriptions. one is out of date and blocking me from messages from the active subscription. I don't have access to either to fix this.....
My suggestion is not to get this app and do not pay for it. They send you match updates everyday but if you look closely they haven't been active for 2 to 12 months. The other thing is there are too many scammers. If i can pick out the scammers with my phone and tablet, I don’t see how this company with their computer people can't figure it out. If you let your membership expire you will get instant messages from about 7 people but all bots. Don't waste your time and money.
I would love this app if it would work as it supposed to work. Even if I turn on all notification except the emails, I don't get any. I always have to refresh is to see. Quiet annoying
It's a real rip off. You can not even send a single message to any member unless you upgrade your account. It's expensive ..Filipinos can not afford the subsciption rates. Don't bother with this app. Avoid it. There are much better free and cheaper options out there. The developer uses generic responses to your comments here. This shows their lack of their proffesionalism. I will reiterate....this is a bad app, stay well clear.
The app is great to meet new people but I have a problem with actually communication because you have to pay a premium membership to send messages. I wish it was easier to use for some people that don't have money
I paid for the one month platinum subscription and it never showed up on my profile. I had to refund it from the playstore which i still have not received back my money. And also I tried to email the Filipino cupid help and support regarding my problem. got no response form them. This is a bad app. I think no one is responsible. i have reported this app. And pls don't reply me here to contact your support .i already did and got no response For days now .
Buggy that does not respond, often just crashing back to the list page no matter what you select. Eyewatering charges just to send messages. Don't believe all the advertising that says there is free messaging. Also no way to filter out or block the endless contacts from overseas- reply below didn't block them just fingers them to another page to look at. Nor anyway to cancel and delete the account from the app or website. After verification of phone number, expect spam calls.
