The app has not been designed well for use on a smart phone. You cannot edit the text in real time. Makes it almost impossible to fill out a pdf form, when trying to fit text into boxes. Only allows approx 8 - 10 words to be typed before automatically moving to the next line. Difficult to select separate texts which are close together. Very difficult to increase /decrease the size of single words since the drag buttons are bigger than the text. Exporting reduces quality, making it not legible!
I signed up for the free trial to download a document and the app keeps asking me to sign up without being able to download, and that's with me restarting the app multiple times. Also not being able to click on a field is frustrating and time consuming. This is not a good app, especially if you're looking to just sign and download since you can't do that without paying (even then, it doesn't work)
Horrible customer service, I tried canceling and I was still charged 80 dollars!! I tried contacting customer service and the link they sent me to does nothing. It tells me there's an error and tells me try again later. I've been trying for a week and it's the same result. The cancel subscription button on their page does not work. This has to be a scam.
It's slow to use but gets the job done. Unfortunately it changed to an annual subscription and does not allow the use of credits anymore. I don't fill nearly enough documents to warrant that. Worst part is that they didn't inform me of the change until I filled out my documents.
Not Free. Free Trial then 6.67 a month or 79.99$ a year. Requires a credit card up front before your "free trial, cancel anytime blah blah"... No freaking way will I get burnt for 80$ on an app I'd use maybe 3x a year. I'm hip to this whether or not it's a scam app. I cant tell you how many times I, along with countless people I know have had issues with gimmicks like this... "oops, sorry, you missed the window to cancel" and the charges start rolling in.
They dont tell you until youre ready to send that you have to pay. I paid for credits, they didnt show up in my account so I thought it wasnt working. Did it 2 more times and gave up. Then I see the charges! So I contact support and tell them I wanted my money back because I never got the credits I paid for. They said they were giving me the credits. I didnt want them, it was too late! Never got the credits even after that. Contacted support again and they refused to give me a refund!
🤯CAUTION: $79 a month to use this app! I downloaded FILL because it was rated 5 stars. Unfortunately, it charged me $79 at the end of exporting my completed pdf. Thankfully, I was given a refund. A better, unpaid for substitute is ADOBE FILL & SIGN. It has similar features at no cost to you. I am just glad that I was able to get my money back and deleted the app immediately.😣
BEWARE there's no way to log out of an account after you've signed in, and it REQUIRES Google or social media login, WITH NO WAY TO EXIT. CANCEL MY TRIAL NOW, DAY 3.STAY FAR AWAY. SCAM. There's a 79.99 charge after 7 day trial that was described aa easy to cancel. It's not. APP DOESN'T WORK and isn't appearing anywhere for a cancelation option in Google Play, there's no way to log out of the app itself, and I don't trust that it wasn't stealing information. Had to contact credit card to alert.
This used to work well. Then they added a yearly subscription for 80 DOLLARS. Insane. My credits that I used before to pay for occasional pdfs couldn't be used, I was stopped everytime by the paywall as they try to get me to sign up for this. Even when I signed up for the free trial I still got the paywall and couldn't not export. I used this for a while and loved it but have deleted and will not use again after a frustrating 20 min trying to export a pdf
This app is GREAT in my opinion. It does what it states it does plus more, very user friendly , the only downside i see, is that the free trial length is only 3 days and if you miss it, its pricey, in my opinion, especially because there are other apps extremely similar that are free.
File editing is now a matter of few bucks which equals to almost free, especially for people like me who always need editing documents. The cost is extremely affordable and heavy discounts are given to me. Fill is the best.
I'm really disappointed. I haven't used the app and I'm charged for it. I wish there's someway I could recover the cost as I'm not going to use the app. I had to download a different app to use for filling my form. I was charged $129.99 for it. There's also the $79.99 amount, why is this app so expensive. I wish you'd send reminders first or even just do a monthly charge. I wasn't even aware that you're going to be charged the annual fee directly after downloading the app
NOT FREE! You only get it free for 7 days then be prepaired to cough up $79/yr! I really wish Google would stop apps from doing this because it is a bait & switch type of trick. They make you enter payment info before using it at all. That is because the hope you wont remember to cancel before free trial ends!!!😞
It's a paid app! Even for those 7 days "free trial", they ask you about payment method(credit card), during the 7 free trial days, you need to cancel it to not be charged! I wonder, if they behave from the begging, to not not tell you when you fill and sign your 1 st. doc. that you have to send them your payment method, to be able to export the doc you need. Then, how about the payment, are you going to find easily, to cancel your credit card? ...I doubt! It's a "sneaky" app!!!
Very difficult to use! It's difficult to adjust the size of your text to fix in the boxes that's needed. I wanted to fill out a 10 page document, it would have taken me ages! Uninstalling!
I was facing issue with digital signature. Whenever, I was trying signing, it got deleted automatically and was unable to store it. I wrote to the customer support team. They have solved my problem. I have no more issues with esignand storage. Overall, fax app is okay.

Good app, Disgusting business model. Like many others, I forgot to cancel my membership in time, but I figured "oh well I'll just get charged for the month," Instead, I wake up to 84$ being taken from my account. Seriously? A full year subscription after a week trial? I have never seen a business model so slimy in my life. I tried multiple times to contact their support but continued to get the same automated response. Absolutely disrespectful.
I can go on and on about the pros of this app. Just love it. Easy to navigate, saves time, eco-friendly, affordable, free features, money-saver, etc. I write on PDF even in bus because it's my phone's Fill app that's helping me.
They charge you 86 dollars immediately even though it says there is a free trial. I contacted both Google Play and the developer for a refund both refused a refund do not use unless your okay with paying full price without trying it first.
Dont install something that cant be used even as a trial without providing a credit card. Your sales department may call it convenient. I did not even bother to see iff the features are worth the money because I uninstalled after being insulted by you trying to take advantage of a statistically significant number of absent Minds that would forget to cancel their trial before getting charged. Shame
Frustrating!! I couldn't change fonts, couldn't edit anything already on a form. You have to delete it and redo it. I'm having trouble finding contact information to cancel my membership.
Absolutely useless. Do not believe these paid reviews downloaded to quickly edit a PDF and absolutely non intuitive. Cannot edit a text after you're done with it and even worse you can't save your edited PDF to your phone in order to share it without paying for it. Users beware do not waste your time on this.
This is the perfect electronic signature app I have ever seen, it doesn't take much space, have many useful features like scaning and adding signature into the documents and most of all affordable, I just love it.
Doesn't detect fillable fields for me. If you want to guarantee you won't be charged during the trial, then I suggest you use a prepaid debit card with no money on it & then only use it for free trials. Netspend, Green Dot & a few others provide you an instant free digital prepaid debit card # to use online while they send the physical card in the mail. This always works for my friends. If you want to buy the app, you can use your normal payment method.
This is a great fill and sign app that does exactly what I need. Not a ton of bells & whistles that I saw but that's ok. I was looking for a straight forward app and that's what I got. Best thing imo, I emailed customer svc at 4 am est asking how to unsub, & got a response back right away (@ 4 am!). I had even already said nevermind, i got it, & they still responded just to see if there was anything else I needed. I was l super impressed by that. I'd keep if I didn't already pay for adobe. 😬
With the help of this esign app my editing problems are long gone, also cause of this easy interface my works done quickly and love the extra features that are packed in it . I wish I could have downloaded earlier.

The fact that you need to pay in order to use the app needs to be made a lot more obvious. I couldn't find a way to add my signature in portrait mode. The monthly pricing model at the price they're asking is absolutely insane.
I have emailed them several times to cancel. I get no response. I have no idea how to cancel this. It did not work well for me and filled in everything too big and now I cannot cancel it. Maybe there is a way to make the font smaller but I am not very tech savvy at all. For me pdf filler worked much better. Anyhow customer service zero stars!
