FilmoraGo - Free Video Editor

This app repeatedly has major flaws in their updates. Latest one makes the audio out of sync with the video. Tried emailing customer support but their inbox is too full to accept any new requests. When it works, it works ok. But when it doesn't, it's a big enough issue with too simplistic of an app to be able to work through a workaround.

If I could give the app 0 stars I would. Bought it about a month ago and the last 2 days I've had nothing but problems. It will no longer export any videos even though the files inside the project are all compatible with FilmoraGo. I contacted support and the only solution they have is to delete the app and reinstall. I payed for a service to do video editing and exporting on the go without having to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time I make a video. This is unacceptable!

Pro user - I am a user of a competitive Windows PC video editor, but wanted an app. This is very powerful with many capabilities, but I am already unhappy. I want to use more than one effect in a video. But you can't add transitions between effects, you can only add them between videos/video splits. If you split the video at the point where effects change, although you get a transition in the video, there is a jump between effects. Trying to email Wondershare seems impossible.

Ups and downs with this app. It definitely is a good app. I use it to make YouTube and TikTok videos for the most part. Problem is all the bugs and variety of songs, effects and materials. Also the bugs and constant crashing is chaos when making a long and very edited video. I have to constantly restart in some parts or delete it. Also when I finally export the video a lot the time I get blank parts when the screen is just black where my video supposed to be.

After the update, there are a lot of changes that make it difficult to edit videos. I hope they will bring back the past filmora where I can add smooth clip transition easily and efficiently because now they changed it to animation and I'm not satisfied about it.

I subscribed for Pro membership. The app is actually good with lots of effects and stickers but its damn slow. It takes a lot of time to browse through the stickers. Now when I am trying to add stickers..it shows 'Network error' but every other option is working fine in the app. My network is also perfectly fine. I tried 'force stop' and open as well. I reinstalled the app. Now its good but data lost🤷🏻‍♀️.

I upgraded to pro so I could better enjoy the mobile app but later on after a while I am having trouble editing. It lags and deletes the text I input even when I'm just dragging to position the text. Also when exporting the timing is off compared to the draft and also does not export well. The exported video does not match the speed of the draft and does not load properly like it is corrupt. Will unsubscribe and delete. Do not recommend for work.

#help #help help I juust completed my 10 min videos and it took me 2 days... Than befor extracting it. I just put the phone on flight mood for no disturance and when I return to app again the file was fully disappeared(it was properly saved as draft and i have good experience with this app) can i get I back.. Any way... It fells very frustrated. Otherwise app is great in all aspects.

This app is very cool. But it doesn't have a landscape editing mode and some transition effects which are on the PC version of wonder share filmora. I like it but you should add these things in filmorago software .then it will be the best editing app in the planet

Hello!!! I am updating my review bc all of the bugs were corrected! Thank You So Much for listening! Unfortunately, I was making a video and realized that the multicolored lights (that border the video) effect, are GONE! Please consider bringing them back!!! I am a pro member and use this app, and ONLY this app, to create my video for my YouTube channel!!! HELP! THANKS FOR YOUR TIME! I APPRECIATE YOU!

This is a great and powerful application and I love it but it doesn't have many persian fonts. It has two arabic fonts in all and only one of them supports Persian alphabet, and this one font isn't very beautiful. I really have problems adding subtitles to my videos.

This app is great, though I'd like that while exporting the video, I can choose any resolution without pro. But the effects, filters and all are actually quite good.

I have found most of the ap very intuitive to use and it produces very good output. The only issues I have with it are a small few bugs, difficulty in finding online help, and some effects cause my phone to crash- although less so since the safe export mode was added.

I really love this App. Before I could use any other editor, Filmora gave me an insight into the tools and effects of editing. It's awesome and I would recommend it for beginners who would love to learn editing.

What a great app! Great for editing YouTube and music videos. Relatively easy to use and great for beginners wanting to get started in music video production, without an obligated subscription to pro. Thanks guys!

Having issues. When I stop the video, the audio keeps playing for 1 seconds and then stops. I'm also starting to notice that the video does not line up with anything, effects, music, etc. Going to reinstall and see if that works.

I like this app but new curve speed feature is not good. Old was good and easy to use. Plz change the old version. And add noise remover to app. Than it will be great. We want to remove noise from voice overs. Plz add this feature . And tell me difference between normal export mode vs stable export mode.

Working with this software is easy and comfortable, but in the field of light and color settings, it does not have the ability to professionally and only has a general light and color settings

Downloaded and purchased so I can make just 1 Video without a water mark. But I just get "export failed" every time, I have tried saving it a few different ways but the damn thing just won't save the video.

It's very easy for video editing, We can make All typs video for example Movie, short video, vlog, channel etc. 2nd think in this app many options, tools for video editing. This is Easy-to-use to All. You can learn editing and it's very good App also for multimedia and animation. Allover this best Application. So my feedback this is better according to others video editing app

This app has been amazing so far. I wish they would add more text templates or the ability to modify the existing templates. Otherwise, love the app.

I'm new to video editing and I found this app very user friendly and intuitive to use, I use it for all my social network content, ready to trim clips as edit sound etc. Reasonably priced, highly recommend

After every update, it is becoming hard or slight problematic to use. I don't know if the updates are helping but as per my experience it does not. Now I think I made a right decision not to upgrade to pro version. Hope you can fix this. Your editing app used to be my most favorite and easiest app to navigate. "used to"

Amount debited after unsubscribing I had successfully unsubscribed u but don't know how you have charged me for it kindly look in this matter ASAP & return my money back ? "ATTENTION" "SOS" Plz do not subscribe to channel when it offers u free 3 days subscription as they are FRAUD people. I took that free trial which was a bad experience as there was so much lag that on doing multiple times force stop & uninstall & install it was the same, at the I unsubscribed it but they charged me.

This app has all the bells and whistles, and it runs great, but there are major limitations. For example you can only have 100 clips. So that doesn't mean 100 imported videos. No, every time you make an edit it counts as a clip. So 100 edits means 100 clips. Which is unsupported. I don't know where the line is, but additionally every time you open the app it spams you with five notifications saying "save 50% by buying" ETC. I pay for this service but I am cancelling the service because of this.

Has been a great editor, even got a premium subscription, unfortunately I can't use this application anymore as it just hangs on the splash screen, have tried many methods to remedy - no go.

It did not leave me till the end unlike other editing apps where I am not yet halfway through the project then it's already lagging and crashing. Very smooth and user-friendly as well.

Very easy to use. I like it. Choroma Key and layers may also be included in android version. I suggest to add "Apply all" button on Text formatting. It will help users to avoid copying text each time. Thanks
