FINAL FANTASY DIMENSIONS

Good game. Gave it low stars simply for the fact that every time the app is minimized it kicks you out of the game without saving. So, let's say you're battling a boss and you get a phone call, that will automatically shut off your game and make you re-battle the boss again. Been more than a few times I was at the end of a boss battle and got kicked out and had to do the battle all over again, very frustrating

Great installment in the FF franchise. Game is nice and lengthy. Took me just under 40 hours to beat the game. For such a long game, I don't recall ever encountering a single glitch in the gameplay. Having the classic graphics with modern touchscreen controls is a nice touch. The joystick is frustrating occasionally, but nothing unbearable. Gameplay is challenging enough that you can't just leave battle on "auto", but not challenging to the point of frustration. Great game overall!

Refreshing and even a good game among non-mobile titles. Very reminiscent of FF 3 through 6 with some fun new mechanics and twists. The only major drawback is there's no way to transfer your data from one device to another. No cloud-save and no way to get to the saves without rooting your phone. Would like to see more premium titles like this, ad-free and without in-app purchases.

Lots of classes. 7 starter, with 10 unlockable, half of which are restricted between the two parties. The combat is standard JRPG, which is fine, but the touch controls combined with the ATB (active-time battle) system make you feel like you're wasting time. Made worse by the fact that enemies take their turns too quickly. Story is garbage. If you want a good story, look elsewhere. Dialogue is boring and really just feels like "hey look, we're a Final Fantasy game!"

FFD is one of my favorite Final Fantasy games. For me, it's easily A-tier, where only IV and VI are S-tier. The job system is fun and useful, contributing to a constant sense of advancement. The Fusion Abilities are a great feature. After years of everyone's bellyaching, I'm thrilled that they've just added a cloud save feature. But i agree with others that the new border is visually unappealing.

This has been one of my Favorite Final Fantasy Games since I first played it. It's Job System is Unique with Jobs being locked to the Warriors of Light or Dark. The Fusion Abilities are an amazing feature I wish more games had. The auto battle is great, and helps speed things up. The controls are easy to use. I hate playing games using the touch screen, so that's a big deal! I really wish they would port this game to a console. It'd be even better playing on a big screen with a controller!

I finally beat this! It is pretty grindy and has some rough difficulty spikes, but all in all I found it enjoyable. This title feels like a hybrid of 5's class system, 4's battle pace and 3's difficultt, and adds a few gimmicks to make it its own title. Overall, its story and characters could use some polishing and a bit more variation of music, (and a lower price tag) its certainly worth a try.

Great update on the classic genre but no cloud save means if you switch device, you start over, even if youve spent 20-30-40 hours building up your chatacter. Lack of cloud save is unforgivable and a good enough reason to pass on this game, even though its a bit more fun than FFV using a better version of the "job" system. It's good "enough" if you are nostalgic, but you wont miss anything if you skip it and you'll spare yourself a headache from the lack of cloud save.

I like this game. The only issues it has is like all the others. Sometimea they need wifi to update existing trophies and stuff. Maybe the taking a lot of damage in the game too but if youre a good player you can get through it. Beaten it 4 times now and about to play again. Thank you final fantasy. I love all your games.

Could use an update for newer Androids. I still want to play this awesome game again. Get a 5 star easily if you do, Square. And please PLEASE PLEASE fix Dimensions 2! The aspect ratio is completely bonkers. The game is unplayable and that's a shame. Make it playable and people will pay your exorbitant prices for a mobile game. Also, fix Final Fantasy IV as well. The combat is unbearably slow, even on max battle speed. On Pixel 2 XL.

This is my favorite FF game since 9, and I've played them all. It's turn based, SNES art style, with a proper job system. The story and characters are well done, and it's actually quite challenging in certain parts. I highly recommend Dimensions to every fan of classic Final Fantasy.

Great game. Always fun for a replay and trying out different job leveling and classes. Occasional bugs though, like during mini games the app will freeze and shut down.

I would give this game 5 starts but you cannot save to the cloud. it's the only FF that you cant to my knowledge. Get a new phone, factory reset or uninstall the app and all data is lost. it's a bit annoying considering they could add the option if they wanted to.

i absolutely love this game, it's so interesting, the storyline is just brilliant. however, as of this week, I can no longer play it offline. I've had this game for well over a year, and could play it quite happily in the car on the phone that doesn't have a sim, but now it just says "connection failed" whenever I open it while offline.

Unbelievable experience. This is a brand new fully fledged Final Fantasy game with no in app purchases or ads. It plays like a classic FF game complete with world exploration, dungeons, towns, deep and lengthy story, and job system. This is a must buy for anyone who likes RPGs.

I would like a refund the problem has goten worse. I cant get past the first boss without it crashing. Seems really fun but you cant shut the screen off even for a few seconds without it going back to the start screen and reloading the last save.

Some rough difficulty jumps and the characters are a little on the bland side, but very fun game play. The job system reminds me a lot of 5. A little pricey but at least you can play offline unlike a lot of other premium squeenix games.

Actually an engaging, fully fleshed out retro RPG with all of the old school Final Fantasy charm. Would love to see a proper port to consoles and PC, but is still well worth playing on mobile, ideally either with a controller attachment or though emulation.

Best mobile game I have ever played and surprisingly high up in my favorite Final Fantasy list. Hits the nostalgia button hard in the best ways and designed to be easy and convenient to play on phones.

Amazing game. Fun gameplay, easy controls, plenty of save opportunities, and nostalgic graphics. Takes me back to the time I played through Final Fantasy 4.

Don't buy, unplayable. Not compatible with current android. "Connecting... An error has occured." Do not spend money on this broken game. Last update was 2 years ago, almost 3. Needs to be fixed or pulled from play store. If you've paid already, then please report to google play as broken or unplayable.

One of my favorite Final Fantasy games hands down. Great to find a mobile game without a pay to win gimmick. But I'm knocking it 2 stars because it habitually crashes when I'm playing the memory card game.

Classic Final Fantasy game with a modern UI. All of the nostalgia with a whole new story. Cant wait to finish and play the next one.

I absolutely love the game, and I'm really happy and grateful for the cloud save feature, but...were the new borders necessary? They're kinda irritating to look at. Other than that, great game!

Solid game overall but the border is ugly and every other enemy in this game has confuse. Seems pretty unbalanced at times.

This game is really great but i wish it was 60 fps. I have a high end device but it is capped on 30 fps. This game should be 60 fps easily because it is not a demanding game that has high graphics and such.
