FINAL FANTASY PORTAL APP

So I upgraded to new devices and Triple Triad works! You need "crystals" to play it, which the app awards after about 15 minutes (or by purchasing more). Kinda annoying, but at least I don't lose cards if I lose. I play offline, sou can't vouch for the other features yet.

I went to the official site to create an account, which is a bit weird. Anyway this app refuses to let me log in. My credentials work for the website but not the app. I see that this is an old issue that they dont care about fixing.

The app for the most part works fine. However it's impossible to download the wallpapers that the app provides. It always gives an error "please try again in an area with better reception". I'm full bars on wi-fi. Disconnect wi fi and go cellular and get the same error. Try a different wi fi network and I still get it. I checked twitter and it seems like many others get this error too.

Don't bother, UI is garbage, definitely intended for a bigger device instead of a cell phone, very lag ridden, and a complete waste of time. There point of the app? Read articles, watch videos to gain points which you can then turn in for additional resources in square games. Thought I'd try it out but the abismal performance made me reconsider. I'll probably try again later and hope the issues get addressed

I really like what they are going for here. It has a him for all info for all games. Trailers, news updates, but it also includes the first and second FF inside along with the Card game from 8. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WITH THIS APP IS THE USER INTERFACE. It is very laggy, you have to scroll VERY slowly or else is freaks out and won't go any further. Also I've noticed inside of Triple triad when you tap anything it always thinks you are tapping a little to the right so it clicks something else.

No Triple Triad for Android, pretty trashy app. The app navigation is super buggy and keeps reseting to the top, while attempting to scroll down. I could have looked past all of it, if the Triple Triad actually worked.. but it locks up at 30% and doesn't do anything. Super disappointed as a fan of Final Fantasy, since the OG Triple Triad app isn't working anymore. I might just head over to Triple Forsaken. It's a blatant rip off of Triple Triad, but the main difference is.. it actually works.

Unbelievable! Every one game costs 1 dollar to play. I can understand that it's free for others to play but why wouldn't you allow a one time payment just like any good old game. Also, online versus mode doesn't work unless it's through bluetooth. Such a waste of time this attempt was.

With all respect, Square Enix. This app is trash. Buggy, unusable. When scrolling it resets to the top. Triple Trial in it is a huge disappointment (Love the cards though). How can you make us wait for so long just to play 5 matches that last no more than 30sec otherwise paywall? You can't expect people to pay for your services unless you provide them something to look forward to. The UI is blurry, the app itself looks like it was made back in 2008 for very early android versions. Please fix?

Triple triad is fun when it's not using the candy crush model. You can only play 5 games. Then you have to wait 15 minutes to generate an additional play of a game. You can only bank 5 games. I'd rather pay up front for a full game than pay per play like it's an arcade. They know it's more expensive the way it is now, and it's greedy.

Clunky UI from 2000s are a major turn off. It's one thing to preserve a certain aesthetic, but the lag response to touch and scroll makes the surfing experience extremely crude. I only started using because of the WotV campaign, but I wouldn't hesitate to uninstall this app once it's over.

The need for crystals in order to play solo triple triad is honestly just... horrible. You get like 10 games to start and after that its 15 min for the next game. At least refund the crystal in case of a draw or only expend if you lose. Its crazy. The game has potential, but come on. Its just a bit too greedy for a big company like Square.

I'm another voice echoing the same log-in problem. My first account was created via Facebook, and there was no Facebook (or Steam) option to log in. I tried to make an account using a spare email address, but it fails as well. Tried email and user name to no avail. Based on the reviews for this app the problem has been ongoing since (at least) April 2018.

Downloaded this app when FF2 was being offered free, won the game, only to return to the app a few months later and see all my data and even the game erased. Purchased FF1 and FF2 on it afterward, won both games, and this was with an account. A little over a month later all my data is erased. Please do not download this app.

I would like to rate this higher, but as long as it fails to accept my login credentials, 2 is the best i can do. I even created a new account to make sure my password and username was right and it still will not accept my SE login meaning my progress wont be saved. Seems kind of pointless at this point. Shame too because the triple triad looks like it could be fun to play if only i could log in.

Honestly the only reason that I downloaded this app was to play tripple triad. Tripple triad stops loading at 30% and it has been that way since downloading this app. I would not recommend this app. Square should take a page from CD Projekt and develop a standalone tripple triad game. I'd buy it as long as it works

Downloaded app for triple triad, which doesn't work. Main app is almost as broken, laggy, and just overall a pain to use. So, I'ma just drop this app in the worthless pile and try to find a totally legal way to get my ff8 fix. Squenix, for the live of all things final fantasy, fix your apps! PS: FF7 remake is all hype by the look of the demo.

I have to give this a one-star because after setting up multiple square-enix IDs with different emails I still cannot login with my credentials. Therefore I have given my information for free with no return and still cannot access the application itself. I am deleting and forgetting this app, useless.

good to find new information about final fantasy games. But the point system is a scam n even after exchanging for digital items such as wallpapers there is always a failure that will prevent the download from taking place no matter how good the internet is!!

Couldn't enjoy my experience because I can't even scroll properly. It keeps bouncing back up when I try to scroll a bit faster. I have to keep my finger on the screen and scroll slowly just to reach the bottom

Square...I love you but you need to get your user interface cleaned up for consumers. There are user ID login errors with 3rd party accounts. Make Triple Triad less pay to play. I get it. I understand the "Gotta make money somehow!" But...really? $20 for about 1hr of heavy gameplay? I'm tired of good companies killing their products just to make an extra dollar...Way of the world right? NO! FIX IT AND DO BETTER!

Broken. It has been broken for months. I've waited long enough for them to fix Triple Triad but it seems they have no interest in doing so. And that doesn't even touch the the rest of the app looks and runs like a dumpster fire.

HORRIBLE UI ,CANNOT LOG BACK IN,NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT,ANY GAMES BOUGHT ARE ERASED AS SOON AS YOU LOGOUT .DOES NOT SAVE YOUR DATA.

Tried for an hour to make an account. I made THREE accounts and immediately after when I tried to log in it said the password that was less than a minute old was incorrect. Pretty garbage for a company as huge as Square to not even be able to make a service that let's you log in. Highly disappointed in the disgustingly low quality.

Slow to respond, dated looking and unintuitive. Only got it for Triple Triad which should be its own standalone game app- offline, not time limited, more opponents and more ways to get cards.

Triple Triad is advertised as being playable against other players. You cant...onless you play via bluetooth. Online pvp doesnt exist any more but is still advertised. There is no way to access the "support" pages, the links just take you to pages that never load. The only way let them know is to leave a negative review until they fix it.

help! i love playing the triple triad.. but i have problem of login my square enix ID.. i had registered them on the website.. from laptop, i can log in the username and password just fine. but in the app i cannot log in as the memo say wrong password despite same password..
