BACK UP SAVES TO CLOUD This is a fun, cute, condensed version of FFXV. It would be 5 stars except for the fact that there is an ongoing bug affecting many people (scroll through these reviews to see them), that causes the app to be unable to start. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed this for me, but will wipe your save data. If you have synced your data to the cloud, you can restore it. You have to open the app to sync saves, so once the app has glitched, it is too late. Save often.

The game stopped working and the data is not automatically saved in the cloud, when I reinstalled, I only found the game I saved 2 months ago when I went through the options at the beginning. Please, consider implementing automatic saving in cloud. From my side, I stopped playing as I don't want to play it all over again from scratch. 1 star because I payed for all chapters and lost the progression due to poor technical decisions...

This game is relaxing, the music is realaxing and dreamy (when not in combat), combat music is thrilling for me and visuals are great, but the controls is too boring and irritating. It would be better if they add joystick option in settings. And characters are kinda look creepy, there not cute for me(my opinion only). Thank you for the moment you give me in this game.

I love it. it's very easy, probably too much compared to my Final Fantasy experience on console. Still, it's more enjoyable like this, on mobile. I just hate the download of the chapters, very slow and even if downloaded all at once, it asks me every time to download again at the beginning of a new one. Also, it's really hatd to accept the character design... damn those eyes are horrible!

Its a good game. With great story telling and narrating. It was the type of game that i didnt have to rely on the wifi and just be immersed. The real downside was that loading times were inconsistent; in addition the game would not load any of the chapters as i progressed further. Which made it a bit frustrating so i had no motive to play onward with the game.

Decent graphics and battle interface, but man, this game is boring and all too limited in terms of available side-quests (or the lack of it). There also is absolutely no grinding liberty that most previous FF games had. It seems like this one had been rushed in the making. What a shame. I beat the game in just 3 days and I can't say for sure whether the experience is worth what I've spent for the game overall. Purchase it at your own risk.

It's great. Sure, it costs $20 for all the chapters, but I think it is worth it. The combat is solid if a bit mindless at points, the music is fantastic, and the voice acting in cut scenes sounds great. I don't mind the graphics, but the lack of lip movement to go with the voices is distracting. Still, this is a solid mobile RPG, and I like how the first chapter is free so people can try it and see if it is right for them.

Overall, this game catches most of the console versions like voices, sound effects, music, story, etc. Graphics are amazing and storyline is addictive. You gotta know what happens next. I am not a fan of the controls though. I really wish there was a joystick to control movement rather than pointing and blocking the mobile screen with your finger and buttons to fight, dodge, parry and stuff. That would make the game a thousand times better that what it is right now. Please do that square enix.

The Pocket Edition is perfect if you don't have much time to play games and just want the main story without distractions of side quests, battle strategy and customisations. Love that you can choose either English or Japanese dubs. I see a lot of comments about the game crashing and whatnot but I had no issues at all. If you're not a fan of linear games, are looking to explore the world, play side quests and customise your car, play the full version instead.

I love FF 15 and once i saw this, it was like a dream come true. Its really good, i mean REALLY good but the one and only thing i dont like is that you have to TAP the screen to move. I figured there would be an option to switch controls to a virtual joystick or touchpad but nope. That really bothers me when it comes to a game like this. If an option becomes available that allows for an option to play with a joystick or touchpad, then ill rate 5 stars.

This is a really good take on the game on my PC. I enjoy the PC very much, but to be able to have a mobile version for those moments when I am out and bout, but bored is great. It's simplified some what, but with still the correct amount of detail and fun. You still assign equipment and gear to you team to maximise the best stats that you can. Very good and great fun to play!

It's really great. Audio, and gameplay wise, of course, I wouldn't expect anything less from a pocket edition. The original one was still ten times better. I already expected everything (story) to be cut short, thankfully. If you really haven't played (or atleast known) the original game, then you would totally think of the plot as unexplained or something. Atleast it kinda shows what you've been missing out on even without a PS4 or XBox. Everything is superb!

(Device: Pixel 6) What most surprised me about this is that it is a shot for shot, word for word recreation of the full console game. All the voice acting, most of the side quests, the random dialogues, everything. The difference is in the graphics (obviously) and the mechanics. However, the mechanics are actually better than console because they express the uniqueness more effectively without getting bogged down in menus and button mapping. This is a better version of the AAA console game.

Great port with some cute animation, and despite not being able to do side quests unless they are necessary for the main storyline, it's still a good play. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the crashing issue. After chapter 1, couldn't open it anymore. It just crashes every time, so had to re-install it a few times. Still not working. Hope this gets fixed

The experience for me was pretty good, the skits are great, and the interactions are lovely. Though I like how the pacing of the development varies, from who being a stuck up teenager, to a mature king. This game has the characters experience many things like: sorrow, happiness, excitement and more. Final Fantasy was good on the console, and still found a way to deliver on the device. However, at times you can be in combat, and the screen freezes for whatever reason, other than 5 out of 5.

I would think this game has tried it best effort to capture its original game. I just finished it. For a game in a mobile phone, this game has passed my expectation. It runs quite well in my gadget. I give it 4 stars because i realized that there may be several important parts of the story are missing. It may make someone who only play the pocket edition to lost some understanding on the story. Nevertheless, i enjoyed my playing time.

story seems fine and I wish I could continue, but I can't stand the controls. Can't believe there is no controler pad, so to go up I'm suppose to continually touch the top of my screen? this is very annoying and most games have understood already the best way is to have an invisible controler pad at the bottom left so only your left thumb is required for all movements. I really don't understand the developers choice on this.

Overall great game and good mobile interpretation of FFXV. Had to drop a star (almost want to drop 2) for lack of new game+. You can only get the final Royal Arms after you beat the story which makes it pointless to do without a new game+. This was a very disappointing find after beating the story that I didn't even bother getting the final Royal Arms. Still worth buying/playing but just keep that in mind. To neg. comments, I played/ installed on a low end LG with no problem. Install on WiFi.

Great game! Follows the same storyline as the console based game and the enemies can be challenging in parts. Battle controls are very easy to get used to and it stays true to the warping ability of Noctis! There are lots of achievements to obtain in the game which makes each map worth scouring for those looking for 100% although it may take a few run throughs! If you can, please add the stories of Ignis, Gladiolus and Prompto like the console game! That would make this game perfect!

Not for me. I understand some people may like the oversimplified game play given its a mobile game after all but for a ff game it's far to linear. The game essentially holds your hand and feels more like an interactive story than a game. Game play aside FFXV is solid and runs well but is high priced for a mobile game. If you're looking for something simpler with linear progression to pass the time while also having a rich story line then you might still find the high price worth while.

I have a problem. When i want to purchase chapter 2, it is always written there " could not reach the transaction records " or whatever like that. The point is, i can't purchase the chapter 2. I've tried it with Wi-Fi connection and tried it at place with strong signal. But it's ended in same way. Is the server down? Please give me a solution. Thanks

The game was right, but it still have a lot of bugs , like the cinematics and the song. Some parts of the game have been cutted and i think this game deserves to be like the ps4 one. I won't give more stars when it doesn't really deserves it. But still, the game is not too bad. It contains the principal story and the idea of the game. If you want to just have some fun i recommend to play it but always recommending to play the ps4 version. That one is the best one of course.
