The new app is ridiculously non-intuitive. I'm sure they made the change to add additional security, but to make it so completely foreign from the prior app & website is just dumb. You only need the total for each individual account, combining them is confusing. Also, mobile deposit doesn't work.
App is too slow. Called tech support and was able to get logged in but it takes forever to open links within the app if they open at all. Need logout option visible on more screens esp the home screen. I shouldn't need to access my profile to logout of the app. Closing the app doesn't automatically log you out either which is a huge web safety issue. Can login without any problem but can't do much once logged in. Every screen just attempts to load but never does.
Can't see credit card statements, log in problems, wallet does not work.
absolutely without a doubt Horrible! Got all the way through the setup process and when you hit the submit button it says you have no internet connection. I clearly have internet access. I tried again and got a different error message. Each time I have to start over sometimes I get down to submit box it just sits there and does nothing
I don't get why they couldn't have just added finger print login to the old app version. I agree with the reviewer who said the app developing team needs more training or something. Like, did they even test this mess before rolling it out to the public?? Waaay to many issues in an app dealing with people's money. The only way I have found to transfer funds is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Ain't nobody got time for dat!
The app was fine until the most recent update. I can no longer see the transactions that are pending. My balance versus "true balance" shows a pending transaction, but they aren't listed in my account transactions page. Please FIX this.
Because help to let me know about my account and how much is in it. app is easy to use. Don't have to go to bank for everything I need to do with my account. Check my statement right from this app for both of my accounts. This app is very easy to use for someone that doesn't know much about computer's. My daughter is the person who told me to see if there was a app for my bank in phone play store. Thank you for making life simple ❤️
Quite honestly would be a hood app, but the fact that it logs me out ALL the time really makes the use of this app, and the bank, unbearable. If you want patrons to stay and use this bank, fix the app. I would honestly leave this provider but this is the place my company uses for our benefits, which I get more and more frustrated with.
It was going great... Unfortunately, the latest update voids the easy fingerprint login ability. Please fix this. I'd hate to have to try to revert the app to an older version to get back to things working properly
Fingerprint reader stopped working for whatever reason and the mobile check deposit does not work anymore either. Try to take a picture and will not upload...just freezes and only allows you to go back to the deposit screen.
The app is nothing special, sort of a basic app. The fingerprint login doesn't work - whenever I use the fingerprint to log in, it will ask me to provide the username and password, which defeats the purpose of fingerprint login.
Very bad user interface. The app seems to take me to a random account each time I log in (I have 3). Lately, it won't load my accounts at all. Just a bad mobile app.
Terrible. Takes too long to load. Updated to the new version had to uninstall the old instead of just updating. More often than not, it just won't open or update. Old app was so much better
if you're going to make me go through the hasle of uing a new app you should at least make it usable. wanna transfer money? nope its loading. wanna check your recent transactions? nope its loading. wanna pay your bills? nope its loading. go ahead and ask me if my WiFi is not working or something. well lets see i made this post and am watching 4K netflix so why dont you tell me howbslow my WiFi is!
they tried to put more features in an already fine app, but instead of updating the old one, they made a new one entirely. Now all the app is good for is showing the balance of my accounts and loading.
Yeah the fingerprint sensor doesn't work after a while and this app itself is just bad with nothing working, with any problem it just tells you to call someone who works at the bank, which should tell you how broken this app is.
Their systems are always down and this is the worst one yet, its been down for a week, cant make any transfers, cant see my credit card history, couldnt make online transactions. And this is frequent btw, I'd say get to another bank
Trying to mobile deposit is horrible. Took over 20 pictures of just the check front and had to turn the check sideways just to get it - before attempting the back.
This update has been one issue after another. I understand trying to remain relevant and up to date with the direction that competitors are going in but this update missed that mark HARD.
this app lags far worse than the previous one. the transfer funds between accounts has only worked once for me since the change to this app.
I deleted the app because after I updated I didn't even have to put in a password just touched the icon and it went straight to my account's don't seem very secure
your app developers need to go back to app developer school. lovely you have fingerprint authentication. it'd be great if it worked instead of wasting time.
Terrible, everytime I try to log in I have to get a security code, when I get it then I can't get back into my account to use it. What good is a user name and password? One star is too many.
Even though fingerprint is enabled, after recent update I have to enter user an pw every time after fingerprint. So fingerprint essentially does not work.
The app won't open says there's and error. I've entered all info and still nothing. As of right now it's absolutely useless. Thanks guys.
Entered all my data only to get to the final question to find the "submit" button did not work. I'll try again during business hours.
It was pretty good for a while. I liked the update for the fingerprint scan but as someone else mentioned, it stopped working suddenly. Customer service told me to get the new update but I already had it, so I tried an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't get in because the verification email never arrives. edit: got back into the app and it was working just fine for a few months, then the fingerprint sensor just stopped working again. There's definitely a bug here.
