When I can get the fingerprint sensor to read my print, I rarely, if ever, am able to access any information about my account. It freezes on the homescreen and that is very frustrating. I have the updated version and I have messaged the "developer," only receiving an automated "out of the office" response, and no follow-up. Very disappointing.

I wish it showed you your trandactions WITH a starting and ending balance. it just lists transactions but doesn't even show if they have been processed. so you may have paid a bill two days ago and it one feed says that the transaction happened (shows amount of money that is supposed to go OUT) but nothing else. another part shows your balance BUT it doesn't tell you if this balanced reflects the transaction or not. so you may think you have less or more money than you have. it's not very clear

I'm changing my 5 star to a one star . Every time there's an update my app stops working properly . This is not banking made easy . I've had to Uninstaller re install so many times and am sick of it. In the newest update my app won't even open it just keeps crashing and I've tried all the usual steps .I am so sick of not being able to use this app correctly .

Pretty good User Interface but when seeing up an external transfer account the app didn't give a space for entering the coffee from there other bank. (Note 10+) If that makes a difference. I had to use the random deposit method which takes several days. Not a deal breaker but a weird glitch for sure.

Won't open and freezes my phone.

This app is terrible. If I don't log in often enough, it will not let me log in and I have to change my password. I literally cannot count the number of times I have had to click "trouble logging in?" because it is EVERY TIME.

I like the app but I don't like that I have to log back in everytime I need to use the calculator. And I wish we could still transfer externally through the app.

Very easy to use

Awesome. Quick acess to my accounts with only a finger print to view. Great security having password only required for transfers.

Aometimes slow, needs text alerts for each transaction with card, but has some useful features. Will be helpful.

For someone that lives over an hour to get to a bank, or work schedules that don't line up with banking hours, this app is really convenient to deposit a check or easily check up on what you have in holding

it feels super safe and i dont have to wait a whole day to see my balance. its easy to use and im glad that i can use it anywhere, and that it feels so secure

Crashes after looking into accounts. Can only use for about 30 seconds before it crashes

I really like being able to check my accounts from anywhere. being able to deposit checks without going to financial establishment is a huge plus.

Living in a town where there is no branch its just nice to keep tabs on my account with the mobile app

The bankers have been amazingly friendly and helpful, and the app is really user- friendly!

This app is garbage half the time it crashes and when it doesn't it wont connect

App is ALWAYS down or updating or something to where u cant use it for hours
