Easy to use, I absolutely LOVE the snapshot feature, don't even have to log in most of the time. I just love Financial Partners overall, it's a great credit union

Will not download ... I have a strong internet connection but the app keeps spinning and is not downloading. And frustrating that FPCU didn't let us know about the change in advance. I only found out when I tried to use the old app and it didn't work and the CU was closed. Now the new app won't even download. Yes, it's Android version 9.

Absolutely Awful! Does not give up to date info at all, even when logged in. Useless! Example: debit card transaction as credit hours later it does not show at all not an accurate balance. Why give customer a wrong balance? Useless. If you can not check your balance? What the hell! Yes I have on several occasions contacted FPCU on the phone and in person! One time I was in the branch did a huge withdrawal and I freshly log in and show the gal I still have I super high balance on the app but not

I have been with FPCU for over 25 years. I love the banking app. It is so easy to check my balance and transfers from checking to savings account

Great App!! Awesome Bank; has done for me in past few weeks, than Navy Federal and USAA has done in 14 years that I've been with them. Navy Federal is still a Great Bank (Have much Love for them). But Financial Partners are Awesome, thank you.

This is the worst upgrade ever. None of your bill pay information is transferred over so you have to reenter all of the information all over again. It would have been nice if they had told us that. It took me 2 days and about 10 calls to even find the new app and be able to log in. As a financial institution you guys need to do better

The old app was awful but this is the worst banking app I have ever used. Its constantly having issues, it's slow, it crashes and freezes constantly. I hate it with every fiber of my being.

Good luck depositing a check through mobile banking. Frustrating. Might take my car loan somewhere else. UPDATE: Currently trying to deposit a check through Mobile banking and its still a nightmare. The program they use to capture the check is mediocre, trying to get the check to the spot it wants it is frustrating. I will take my car loan somewhere else, probably my banking needs too.

It's my banking institution. Very friendly customer service and they're very responsive.

Doesn't work on my cell phones (iPhone 5 and 6). Borrowed a friends new Blackberry and still couldn't get mobile deposit to work (finally used my tablet to make the deposit). Doesn't work with IE. Chat function doesn't yet work (Google Chrome). Overall shouldn't have been released before it worked. Called FPCU and was told I needed to buy a new cell phone in order to use mobile banking! I don't need a new phone, I need a new bank.

All of a sudden the app will not open. Time to uninstall

I want to like FPCU, I really do, but it's starting to get hard for me to do so. I'm having issues with the co-op system and my Cash deposit, that keep getting puto on hold or not even taking. Backing things up. It's kinda F...Up when you have the money in the bank and still get charged OVERDRAFT CHARGES.

I just installed the app. only because they fpcu has merged with Zelle, which I use for my business. Clients have been sending money Zelle as they had been prior to the merger and have not received these funds in my account. This was not an issue when using the Zelle App. but that's a done deal. This is really F up.

I've been with this bank for a lot of years. Although I do miss the personalized services inside the branch. I do appreciate the technology & app services we now have. It's not a small as my old bank but it's not as big as a big bank... It's just right!

I heard some bad reviews. But it was pretty easy for me. I would suggest to go to bank login through website first (I used my cell phone, pc not needed), and check off the agreement at bottom of page and you will have to do the same for the bill payments. Then log out. Uninstall old financial partners CU app. Go to app store and install the digtal financial partners app. Worked like a charm. Good luck.

I've only had positive experiences with this app. And whenever I run across any issues, FPCU reps have always been there to help and walk me through to resolve it. I'd give10 stars if I could......Just saying😊

Inaccessible. I am unable to login even after trying to speak to a representative and trying to reset things on my own. It wants to confirm my identity using an unfamiliar phone number. I am leery of moving forward and giving any personal information to something that seems to be scammy.

It is very easy to understand and a great company to have start up loans.

Not too impressed with this app. Tried installing it twice and got the message, 'unfortunately financial partners has stopped' right when I opened the app. Someone has more work to do on this app.

The app installs and that is the extent of it. I've reinstalled many times and the only thing I get when I try to open it is "unfortunately, financial partners has stopped". I only give it a one star because there's no zero star option.

Fast and easy transfers, payments and Zelle use.....

App does not open. Click on the icon and just takes me back to home screen. This is an update same thing, I don't know why I have to keep re-downloading an app. Honestly ridiculous.

Haven't used it much except for the basics so only gave four stars. Having mobile access even just for basics is very helpful.

Absolutely LOVE this CU, but the latest app update is just awful. Not very user friendly - clunky user interface.

the app works great and allows me to make my car payment easy it has all my info saved from the actual website I feel like it's a little faster than opening the browser
