I would give this app a 4 or 5 because it is easy and convenient, except for every time I try to get the pic of my check it is really hard to get the whole check in without it trying to cut off the right side or distort the picture. The auto capture and measuring box really need worked on

Very fluid. Easy to use. Only problem is if the app fails to read your fingerprint, it disables the setting, making you reenter your password and enable the setting again. Other than that have not had any problems with it.

excellent app. Love how easy and quick it is to see balances and to transfer funds from one account to another. Even an old lady who is DEFINATELY not tech savvy can perform the different tasks easily. Thank you for making it so simple!

Easy to navigate, informative and convenient

Love it, but sometimes it is overly picky when trying to take check shots, while making deposits. Then it stalls out often. Beyond that it's a mega time saver.

I really enjoy being able to see what I have in my account when I want to. The only thing i wish it did was show my pending transactions and where they are from rather than just how much I have available and my completed transactions.

It's so nice being able to transfer in your app instead of having to drive through the bank. But those ladies in the Mendota Branch are the best! They care about you as a person your not just a card holder or a customer, they connect and make you feel like your as important to them as one of their personal friends or family would be. Thanks for being such a great bank!

Intuitive, easy to use. It makes it really easy for me to stay on top of my finances. Transfers and deposits are quick and easy.

Since moving out of my home town, where i bank, I've found that my mobile app is the way to go! So convenient! So easy! And so fast! I LOVE it!!

Very useful to pay bills

its usually useful except it randomly goes down without warning which makes somethings difficult if needing a money transfer on a weekend

Very good app to show balance and transfer money between accounts and also shows you discounts that you CV an use with a debit card to make purchases at certain stores

The FPCU app is a safe secure app to manage your on-the-go banking needs. It is convenient and well designed.

Takes some getting used to, but so did the BMO Harris I used for years.This one actually has some better features!

I find myself doing banking this way more and more. Just wish it was possible to transfer from my account to wife's.
