They aren't the worst. When they're busy, they can run behind and people need to understand that. This is a good app for anyone who doesn't like to call in and arrange trips

By far the worst cab company in the us. They are constantly late. The dispatcher should be fired
App Does not work I booked a ride yesterday 8/2 for today 8/3 at 6:35 am. When the cab did not show up I called and was first informed the app was not compatible with the drivers system so the driver never got my request. I was then told they received the request, but it came in for 7:35 am instead of 6:35 am. Do not trust the app you are better off calling.
