Transferred this app to a newer samsung model and hasnt worked since. Authentication never happens just continuously says authenticating. I updated reinstalled deleted and reinstated the accounts. Go into accounts but cannot choose account both of mine stay grey no functionality to choose the account.
App worked great, recently can only select device and cant select options to lock/ erase. Tmobile galaxy s7 32gb
App stopped working on my phone! It's useless now.
Doesn't even work! Failed authentication messages on my Samsung devices. Wish I could have my money back!!!

I've been using this for years but can no longer use it as my icloud gives me a 6 digit code and I can't enter it in this app. Please help
I am a teacher who occasionally leaves my iPad in one of my classes, sometimes under a book or in a drawer where it is hard to see. When I try to signal a sound, I usually get that the device cannot be located. The thing is, I can then ask one of the school techs to show me a network log revealing that my iPad is active and connected to the school wifi. It seems that the "find me" service does not work if the iPad has been left alone for a while. It works fine if the iPad is recently used.
Wife's ipad was taken while she was shopping. Have tried two days but keep getting message that password is incorrect. We know it is correct but sure didnt help locate the ipad. It worked when we were first checking it out and 50 feet away. Now that we need it, not worth a dime. .
Worked when first installed. Now fails to work and cannot link with cloud meaning it won't find your apple devices. Waste of money. Time these app developers were made to prove their apps before they are accepted for sale. Google owes me a refund!
So I was trying to find my iPod. And I clicked on the LoST button thing and typed a new password in it so nobody else could get in it. Once I found it, I typed in that password and it locked me out forever. I'm very upset with this. I haven't been able to use my iPod for a few months now. Please help.
Last update was in Sep 2014, you've got to be nuts to pay for it now. I had it for a while and confirm that it is only hardly usable on android 7. Look elsewhere. This should not be on play store.
Cant delete old device and add more than 3 devices with same apple id for my ipad. Not compatible with the iphone7
The free version of this app is better! I am not trying to knock it completely, but when upgraded to premium, it does not work as well. I stopped getting notification emails, which were a sure indication that the app was connecting (there will always be bad coverage areas). The screen will toggle/load for minutes on end before it shuts the app down. I really hope this can be fixed, b/c I really enjoyed using the app as it was!
