Me and my wife use this all the time I have pro and she uses the lite version and we don't have any problems,the only thing that worries me is the lite version was updated few days ago at time of writing (11/10/2021)but the pro version hasn't had an update since September 2018 🤔 we hoping that both versions will remain compatible with eachother or the developers start to update the Pro version again.
"Unable to log on".. I have been using this app daily for years and now all of a sudden it won't work, keeps saying "Unable to log on". Not sure if this has anything to do with the latest Android update, but it would be great if this was fixed 😠, then I would rate it 5 stars again ⭐..
Have used the Pro version of this app far ages. Yesterday it suddenly started giving me the "unable to log on" error message. I have the newest version. I don't know what's going on, but I'm getting irritated.
Login issue is back again, and it no longer works. Developer doesn't answer questions or fix the bug. App hasn't worked in a few weeks. Please fix!
I love this app I use it all the time. I originally paid for the pro version but that is not working now. The lite version now offers a paid subscription??? What's up with that! Fix the old pro version I already paid for!

It would be nice if the developers of this app would give feedback regarding why this paid app is not working.
Stopped working today March 27th 2021
iPhone logins are no longer able to sign in. Will update when fixed. Kind of wish a notification, or something, had been submitted if this was a known issue. Just because of the potential importance of the app. Glad I wasn't actually having to use the app to locate one of the devices at the time that I had discovered the inability to sign in.
