Find It, Fix It

Made a report in the morning about a jerk who parked in the middle of the sidewalk and bike lane. When I opened the app later in the day to check the status, it kept crashing immediately. Had uninstall and reinstall to get it working again. You don't get any indication about the resolution of anything you filed. Just "Closed". They might as well print it out, put it into a paper shredder, and then close your issue.

I was extremely impressed with this app. The app isn't super fancy but is easy to use and gets the job done. It was easy to report my issue and attach a photo. Within 1 hour of reporting it, a city of seattle truck appeared (i reported a huge branch blocking the sidewalk) and within another hour it was fixed! Thank you City of Seattle!

overall, a helpful app. Sometimes the GPS locator is flakey and sometimes things don't get addressed as quickly as I think they should, but still way better than trying to figure out who to call or something. One thing I would like to see added is the ability to edit or cancel requests. A few times I have reported something and then the problem was addressed before anyone at the city likely even saw my request. Another mention that the ability to modify or delete requests would be very welcome!

Great app I've used many times for effective results. I've gotten a bunch of potholes fixed and out street lights replaced. MUCH simpler than hunting through multiple agencies to figure out where to report sone issue.

What a disgusting app. Whoever developed this- whoever supports this- is a monster. If houseless individuals make you uncomfortable, then maybe you should try to solve the housing crisis instead of preying upon its survivors. I only downloaded this app to underscore its cruelty. After I finish writing this, I'm going to uninstall this repulsive app.

This is fantastic. I've reported several things, and always get a prompt reply. Some of the things I've reported have actually been fixed! This is the way to cut through the bureaucracy and get to a real live person who can respond to the issue. Thank you City of Seattle!

This app is fantastic. Prior to installing it, when I saw homeless people, I really had no recourse and they'd just continue being homeless. With this app, I can report inhumane living conditions and the city presumably sends in a team of expert humanitarians to assist the homeless by removing their belongings and issuing them a fine to help elevate them out of poverty!

I've installed and uninstalled several times. The app will not open. I keep getting a message asking if I would like to report there is a problem. Which I do everytime.

Submit button no longer works for graffiti, else 5 stars. Have had trash and needles dumped by degens without care on playgrounds, yards, and street corners cleaned up promptly.

Whether my requests are heard or whether they aren't, I still think this is a great idea. I have personally met some of the people who come out and clean up homeless encampments and garbage etc. and they are some of the hardest working people in the city. Five stars. Thank you for being there.

What happened to the "abandoned car" option?? Bring it back! Glad you included bike/scooter complaints and health violations as categories.

Now parking issue has been repleced by abandoned vehicle. Nobody responce to vehicles parked at wrong or no parking places. Seattle is down to toilet and council is down to sewer. Shame on u people

Terrible app! Instead of wasting money on an expensive app to snitch on homeless people just trying to survive, they could have spent it on housing for them. But I doubt helping our most vulnerable people was ever the intention with this app.

App must be broken, I keep reporting in Seattle and nothing happens.

Could use more than one photo. Often the request is dismissed without explanation.

Great for reporting illegal dumping and needles, gets cleaned up really quick. Odd reviews though, lots of people are confused about this app's purpose it seems

I will donate my time and skills to rework this service. For free. But, I need suggestions and city support. For example, there will be no way to report homelessness. But there WILL be a way to donate toward housing to help curb homelessness. Come on. Let's be constructive.

Very Very Very slow response if any... Don't use this app if you want anything done right away. Just call 911.

Hey y'all: the City of Seattle doesn't actually endorse reporting tents. The signs that many of us are reacting to here were posted by regular citizens. you can only report tents under "general inquiry" because it's not a category!! I'm revising my review because i found out this info after i did some homework. This app is actually pretty useful. Please consider revising your review as well if you were blindsided like i was!

I only wanted to install this long enough to leave a review. I think what you're doing is disgusting. Rather than trying to find a way to help homeless people, you're going to kick them out of the only place that they have. People should be trying to lift others, not knock them further into the gutter.
