worse app ever. Looking for an alt. app to replace this one. Sometimes work sometime don't, when it doesn't work forget it restart or log out never fixed. when remote phone is video chat then it become useless if you are trying to connect to other phone. hope you guys fix it. older version had none of these problems. It even allow you to hear remote phone caller voice.
Ok I was having connectivity issues unless both phones were on WIFI but in mobile network it was in and off. Now to help anyone else having those problems I think I've figured it out when you go to the settings on the app at the top it says to improve connectivity click here click the setup button then go to the optimize battery and turn that off it should work so far it's been working like it used to for me. Hope this helps anyone having problems.
It never works properly you have to have one gmail for all accounts but each phone also has there own personal gmail and this makes this app not recognized that you actually paid for it or the settings it will also tell you to add phones when you already did. If you want to struggle with an app this is a great one. You can't add another gmail on your phone if you do it won't work so all 25 phones that this app supports will have access to your contacts credit cards photos etc.... Just dum
The new way of marketing apps in tiered packages is getting ridiculous and I don't like it, nor the fact that I've had multiple subscriptions go from full-access to limited features because suddenly the price changes and amount I originally agreed to pay is only covering some features now. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
I really love this app. It helps to make full use of the old phones and keep them as security cameras. The app has awesome functionality, especially the real time video connection. This enables me to watch my house without too much money! Highly recommended!
Hey this app is wonderful but there is a issue with remote device like whenever device get restart it stop working for me its not working properly. Even its create lag issue with remote device. Is it not possible your app service keep working even remote device rebooted well I tried everything all settings but did not found any Solution. Please help me out with this
Could be a good app but every time I add a new device it tells me that I'm on the free monthly when I've paid for the yearly platinum plan. Gets very annoying and 2 devices i can't get it to accept the restore subscription. Fix this and i would give 5 stars
I paid for 1 yr of service & they also started debiting a monthly fee from my bank acct, which I had incurred Overdraft charges since no money was to come out. After that stopped, which I was never reimbursed for any od charges, they are also pulling money via PayPal from my account. I have emailed them several times to stop taking money from me & they just say that they're not. I have been trying for over a year now to get them to stop taking money from my bank account, with no success!
Worst app This new version is not working good please fix it. the older version were working so good but when this new updates come they doest working properly getting too many ads and automatically logged out. so please do it better as older version.. Subscription also made Automatic getting logout and not connected from other devices
In some place, there is a need, to manually disconnect wifi, so it would work on data service. So maybe, the app should have a gate, to ping it through either, wifi, or, data (if both are on), so it would understand to ignore the wifi option.
I have a subscription of find my device app, it's working fine, but I unable to hear the phone calls, it's muted every time. In permission i enable the phone, microphone, storage, but still I can't hear phone calls. Wrost app
I am very disappointed 😥. It was wonderful app. But now its use less and 1000mail i did send you'll nobody helps me. Asking permission in target device always. Plz grand the permissions. And i think lots of people got seam problam. I did pay subscription while i not using. I did check all the settings in target device. Everything its right problam is in ur app. Thank you
I keep using this app since a very long time but recent updates are very bad.. too many ads. And ad closing button is very small that can't be touch.. if I close one ads another one appears.. so annoying
Vedio veiwing is not working actually it requires highest speed connection in both devices which is not possible everywhere otherwise it worth 5 stars .. it works after a lot of tries once for some seconds ... If it works on slow network or 3 g networks then it is best
Awesome for home security or if you lose your phone often. I've been using the free version for many years. It provided me with evidence I needed against a neighbor who was stalking me and peeping into my windows. I only needed support once in like 4 years. Sent an email. They responded in less than 12 hours. Problem was solved with one email. Truly impressed. When I need them again I will pay the premium as I want them to know I value their sevices offered.
My Yearly subscription is not working & hasn't in over a month. Tried to send emails & get no response! They had no problem taking out over $60 from me & a week after that this app stopped working! Now no matter what I do, which includes following this apps instructions, Nothing works! I use to Love this app thats why I bought it. Now it's Total Garbage!Even though I'm signed in the app still states free subscription. Fix this issue or give me my money back!
