NOTES:
- The app can find your AirPods even if they are not connected to your phone!!
- The app can't find lost headphones, earbuds, or AirPods in the case, or a case itself - it requires a Bluetooth signal.
- To protect privacy some devices such as AirPods change their unique identifier randomly over time so you might see multiple AirPods listed for the same device. We have a solution, after a couple minutes one of the devices listed will turn gray meaning it isn't available
- Android does not allow apps to identify connected bluetooth devices with actively broadcasting devices. As result, in some cases we can't get the name of your device. Ex. If you AirPods are called "Morgan's AirPods" it might show up in the app as just "AirPods"
- The app's scanner can track other Bluetooth 4.0 devices such as hearing aids that are powered on and actively advertising
- Some older phones do not have the hardware required to see AirPods gen 2. Try using a family member or friends phones to "Find My AirPods"

HOW IT WORKS
Find My Headphones & Earbuds hides all the technical details of your audio device and uses the simple Cold, Warmer, Hot approach.
• Restart your phone or tablet to insure that Bluetooth is working properly
• Launch Find My Headphones & Earbuds
• Walk around slowly until you see your device's name displayed. This indicates that your device is near by
• Tap the red button labeled "Lets Go Find It"
• Continue to walk slowly. As you move closer to your lost device the indicator will change from Cold to Warmer, it means your lost device is close to you!
• When you are about 3-5 feet away from your audio device the indicator will display Hot. You found your lost headphones or earbuds!

It did not work for me. I found my ear buds under my bed. No obstruction and the were still charged. Very unhappy
I would have rated minus if i had a chance....please donot pay even a single penny on this app, it is completely useless and does nothing. I paid as I was in dire need to find my airpods, but it did nothing except loot my money
It asks for $5 before it will show you where your stuff is. Sorry if I don't trust you enough for that. Would have been happy to pay $20 after finding what I lost, but whatever.
It worked, took a half hour but mine were in grass. Phone was linked to airpods and I was playing a podcast on it thankfully only lost right pod
Worked as described Lost one earbud and was about to order the replacement from Amazon Decided to try this app and it took me to the lost item. The signal strength never raised above warm, so warm is hot, so to say... The app messed up with bluetooth connections, through, so I had to uninstall it later. Next time I will install it again in similar circumstances
it was actually really easy to use and worked. i only gave it 4 stars because it didn't necessarily find my airpod. i have an extra right airpod along with my regular pair of airpods. i only have one case so i can only fit one of my right pods. it kept picking up the right airpod i didn't lose so i went outside so it wouldn't pick that airpod up. thankfully, it worked. it signalled "hot" for the lost airpod and brought down the places it could be to my bed and desk area. i'll look for it later
A waste of $4.99. The app connected with my pods. So, I did a test run. Put buds 15 FT away, and clicked "Let's find" button. App was on cold, and as I walked towards the pods, the app did move to "Warm." But app never went to "Hot." Even with my phone right over the pods, app stayed at "Warm." I contacted Google explained the issue, asked for a refund, and was promptly given one. I did find another app (Find Bluetooth device by Quail Mobile), and it works great, and even better, it is FREE!
Honestly. Idea was good. But I think it needs more tweaking or work as I tried to use this to find my airpods. Ok, it essentially says its in my house- I was well aware of that much. Found it after hours looking myself. Placed it next to my phone for 2 minutes. It still says warm... I would have kept the purchase if it showed "hot" as that is so amazing. But still, it's a great idea so giving it 4*
If it had the option to play sound it would get a better rating. Also try adding the percentage for those people who have airpods and lost one or both. Seeing the percentage of each pod may give them reassurance that the app works.
I thought this was going to be one of them scam or false apps however I was panicking badly as I lost just one airpods and by using this app I managed to find it at the bottom of a bag filled with old presents which I would have never ever looked for. Thanks as I have saved so much money!!!!
I lost my airpods earlier today. They were uncharged and out of their case. I knew I left them somewhere in my house so I was trying to use this app to find them. I eventually found them, without the apps help. I placed the uncharged airpods infront of my phone to see if it would still work and it did not. I later charged it, and once it was charging it showed up. If you have lost any device that is charged, this is a good app. If it's not charged, this will come to no use.
Yes, i was able to find my device.... Well not yet it shows up on my display but i can't go precise to get it.... This thing is just useless it can't get you close to your device all it does can be done with our phones bluetooth settings... It requires payment to find the device...
I normally don't EVER write a review, but this app is worth .99 cents. I googled to see if I was able to replace just one airpod since I was only missing one and I came across this website. I gave it a shot and I'M SO HAPPY. I found the missing airpod. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! ❤
If you want to waste your time, use this app. I use this app for 2 days. I just uninstalled this app and found my airpods in 1 hour by searching all around room
Well, somehow I managed to find the headphones. But I was not finding my iPads easily due to the lack of easy instructions. Needs the Microsoft GUI treatment for easy-to-use online software.
I'll be uninstalling this once I've left this review. Gave it one star as it won't let me give zero stars. Installed the app in case I lose my earbuds, thought I'd test it and it can't even detect them when they are right next to the phone, or when they are in my ear playing!
Found my Apple Airpods! Using an Android phone with my Airpods works well until you lose them. I set my Airpods down but could remember where. This app lead me right to where they were in my room on my bed. Awesome! Losing my Airpods would be terrible. I don't want to pay another $150+ for another pair. After I found my Airpods I did some testing to see if it could find just one AirPod. Well.. that works too. I had one in the case and one outside and it found the AirPod outside the case!
It does not work! I literally held it over my airpods and would not show that it was there, unless I hit the connection button or opened the case up. It also will not find a missng ear piece! Waste of money.
This is actually a really useful app. I had my doubts about it but it's very good now that I've used it. One little thing though, it helps you to find your actual airpods - not the case, also I have an android and it stikl worked. Besides that, it's a really helpful app!
No device found as soon as it opens and never changes. Says its scanning but nothing is going on. The earbud is in the same room somewhere within 6 feet under a chair or the bed.
Full refund ....app said it found my device and pay to see exactly where it is and doesn't work
It doesn't actually work 😑😑 I lost my airpod but luckily my mom found it. But I downloaded it anyway for next time. But I wanted to test it so I put the case and airpod on the couch and walked away. I chose that I wanted to find my airpod and it just said cold warmer and hot as if it changed every few seconds. Even when I was standing right next to my airpods IT STILL SAID I WAS COLD.
Do I have to be currently connected to the airpods or something? I have my airpods paired to my phone but not currently connected (that's of course why I'm looking for them) either way, I was stuck on "no devices found, please wait" after walking around my house for 10 minutes.
