It's extremely glitchy. Sometimes my child is on the move and suddenly he goes back or forward a mile and stays there for a while. The app decides that different spots where he stays for a while, are now gonna be home, so it notifies me that my kid entered home when he is at a totally different spot. It stopped notifying and showing one of the places on the map, but the place is still set... No ads, except for a banner telling me to activate my subscription, which is not very invasive
DO NOT GET THIS APP AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I have been emailing for 2 weeks as the app is no longer working. I've sent tons of screenshots and a video. I have asked for a refund but this has been refused. The app work originally but not long after I bought the subscription it work intermittently. Defeats the point of the app as I can't see where my child is. They just go round in circles asking you to do the same thing and send more screenshots. updated review
Doesn't connect even when the child is sitting right beside you, I sent the link to my son on pingo. He typed it in his phone and our phones won't sync. Tried multiple times aftwards and same result. Wasted money that I would like back.. save yourself the stress of wondering if it's your child turning off the geolocator as app suggests. It's on, it just doesn't work:(
Ever since the update yesterday my child's phone keeps going offline after sending me a message to connect to pingo. It doesn't connect on its own as I have to have my child send me a text on the app to connect it and even now it doesn't stay connected and I paid for a year subscription months ago This needs fixing or I need refund.
Updated to 4 stars as new approach to adding second parent has worked though old guidance that did not work still there. Old review: Let down by not working for additional parent. Instructions for adding another parent are clear but code always says not valid. The help available on the free version is just FAQs so no chat. No chance I'm paying a subscription when it falls over at this basic hurdle. They need to get better at answering customer service questions.
It started off well and now it doesn't work. Shows my son at school when he's sitting next to me. There was an alert for when he's was leaving school or nearly home...that no longer works. Support are very quick to respond 👍🏻 but are unable to fix the issues. I paid a one off subscription of @£43 and the app isn't worth that unless it's working 🤦🏼♀️
It's nice when it's working. Says I need to have my son finish setup. We have done that already and my phone is still saying it. Plus the app says he should have a red button on the top of his app... nope! 2 stars for now yet I really like the app when it works!
Loved the idea now I'm concerned. I can not hear the surroundings, I can't accurately see the apps being used. I check the phone and the app usage doesn't cover some of the apps actually being used. The listening feature only works less then 45% of the time. I have updated everytime there's a chance and so I'm current and still poor performance. I will be downloading a new app today and requesting a refund since I have invested so much money into this app.
It was great at the beginning, now is getting worse with every update. - Second review: Weeks after my first review (the part above) the app announce me my kid left from home 15 minutes later and that came home with 30 minutes before the kid actually arrived home.- No need for support, they only know one thing and that is to blame the settings on the kid's phone. Even tho that's not the case. No real help. Now the app froze and only shows: "Kid's phone setup is required". Cancelling subscription
Paid for this app and it almost never works. It loses connection and says the phone is off. All settings are correct. Everything is good. The app just decides what it wants. All devices are infront of me and does not work. It will just randomly decide to work if it is feeling generous. This has been tested on both WiFi and Mobile Data. Fix your app. We pay for it.....so fix it.
