Great idea, but doesn't work

I love it.
Is there any way I can get my money bk please? I bought it this app and I just finished testing. It had 10 chances to find my phone, which has been in my home, all the time. All 10 chances unsuccessful. I won't trust this app as in a case of lost phone I dont want to rin around my city, knocking at every possible door in town. I am feeling sad that I just pay for nothing. Can I please have my money bk? Tia.
New Galaxy S5 died after 4 months. April 28, 2016, AT&T kept switching my SIM so I could get it to temporarily work in one of my old phones (till I could get Warranty Center to replace phone on weekend) . Extremely impressed (&thankful) to see emails with maps indicating the 3 times SIM card was changed out. AWESOME... especially if phone had actually been compromised. And, I had forgotten the app did that.

Sometimes it will send me the correct address then send me a different address. I don't know if my GPS is confused or what. But other than that I'm surprised it really texted my EXACT ADDRESS. When I test it from my own phone the address is always correct. But from someone else's number its sometimes incorrect.

I have nothing bad to say about this app. It does what it says and it's quite simple to configure and operate. I feel more secured and confident knowing that even if my phone happens to fall in the evil clutches of an undesirable; my data and other important information can be banished with a simple text message.
I got on my computer this morning. It notified me that my battery was low on my phone. I looked at the map and it was absolutely correct as to where my phone was. I clicked on the dial pad and called it and my phone rang. It was easy to use easy to find and accurate. Best app I have ever used. I am confident that if my phone is lost or stolen I can perform the features that are on the phone that I have added to lock, erase all information, and all other features that it says it has and works great.
It works ok, but giving an exact 'might be at' address when the gps is off isnt helpful. It would be better served showing a circumference wherein the phone is located on a snapshot of a map. Please update with this improvement.
After using it for years, I had to uninstall it when I figured out that the sporadic spontaneous ringing that cannot be stopped even with a reboot of my Nexus ( even in Airplane Mode!) was caused by it. Sorry to see it go, but it made the phone unusable
